Best Western Premier Schlosshotel Römischer Kaiser

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πάντα καθαρό. Η εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό άψογη. Το πρόγευμα ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό και η τιμή του επίσης πολύ καλή.

Πιστεύω ότι δεν υπάρχει τίποτε το ιδιαέτερο που θα ήθελε βελτίωση.

- Suggestion: provide instructions regarding arrival by taxi: main address is a pedestrian-only street. Taxi entrance is by the back street. Also, hotel picture on web site shows a much bigger "castle- hotel" than it actually is. Room is small for a superior category and no one to help with luggage or to open the doors. However, it is a very comfortable room.

Excellent customer service, beautiful building, excellent central location, good breakfast.

The quality of service. The cleanliness and the lovely bathroom. The room itself was charming. The breakfasts were fantastic. The location was brilliant and the whole ambience of the place was wonderful.

The Schlosshotel Römischer Kaiser is in a great location close to the shopping and site seeing areas of Vienna. The staff are all very helpful, friendly and courteous. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options for every taste and the rooms are clean and well presented. Overall a very good experience with the staff standing out for their amiable hospitality.

The location of the hotel to the downtown area made it very easy to walk to the attractions that we wanted to see. A great location in Vienna.

Our junior suite did not have enough daylight from the central light well and was gloomy all day long. Comfortable room but dark.

We just loved staying in this hotel. All the employees in the hotel were very friendly (that was a surprise based on other Austrian hotels staff reviews). The breakfast was nice, although if you go near the end of breakfast period (that is only at 11 am! ). We traveled with our 3 year old son and room space was not an issue (we stayed in Sissi suite). And another great thing is the location. Just near the opera and main shopping street.

We found the staff very helpful. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the main sights. The hotel was very quiet although full and in a quiet pedestrianised side street.
