The hotel has a very central location and most staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was of good quality. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable but had insufficient natural light and were gloomy in the daytime as all available lights were needed. The rooms were located at the bottom of a deep internal coutyard well. Although snacks, etc. should have been available until 9pm each evening, when we asked for a quick snack at 6pm on the Saturday before going to the theatre, we were told that no one was available to provide this service. |

The quality of service. The cleanliness and the lovely bathroom. The room itself was charming. The breakfasts were fantastic. The location was brilliant and the whole ambience of the place was wonderful. |

Location of the hotel was excellent, sevice and staff were very helpful with sorting out internet connection. The hotel was very good for visiting ALL the city attactions without the need for seperate transport we walked to nearly all the city sights. I had quite a lot of trouble connecting to the internet for business purposes the signal strength was weak . |

Courtesy of staff and easy access to points of interest. It had a very homely ambience and the situation was ideal for both shopping and sight seeing. |

The Schlosshotel Römischer Kaiser is in a great location close to the shopping and site seeing areas of Vienna. The staff are all very helpful, friendly and courteous. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options for every taste and the rooms are clean and well presented. Overall a very good experience with the staff standing out for their amiable hospitality. |

location,courteous staff, nice buffet breakfast,and cleanliness. the room were of adequate size with clean bathroom with all the amenities. I was booked for four nights on advance . I stayed three nights .Extra amount paid for one night should have been refunded. |

Friendly staff, well located, pleasant room to spend a very nice stay in Vienna. Close to all highlights s.a. Opera, shopping, Spanische Hofreitschule, etc. Very helpfull staff to get tickets and information. Very recommendable. Early morning noise from garbage trucks, if window open. Bathroom ventilation was poor. |

Great location, sweet facade, right near main shopping strip and close to trains for Pisa etc. The Hotel is a little quirky but over all it's a pleasant stay. Breakfast was understaffed, poor waitress. |

We just loved staying in this hotel. All the employees in the hotel were very friendly (that was a surprise based on other Austrian hotels staff reviews). The breakfast was nice, although if you go near the end of breakfast period (that is only at 11 am! ). We traveled with our 3 year old son and room space was not an issue (we stayed in Sissi suite). And another great thing is the location. Just near the opera and main shopping street. |

We found the staff very helpful. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the main sights. The hotel was very quiet although full and in a quiet pedestrianised side street. |

The history of the building and how it has been kept uptodate but in its style. The area surrounding the hotel - close to shops, tourist spots and restaurants. And after all, Vienna is a beautiful destination for any traveller. I know that a lot of visitors would be in and out of the hotel, but I did stay for a total of 9 days (that is over a week), so was a little surprised that the breakfast service person was unable to remember which room I belonged to, even by the final morning. As a single traveller, it also seemed that perhaps I was a little 'less' important to attend to in the morning then those that were couples or families...this was evident with the lack of a greeting when I arrived, but couples and families were always greeted warmly, and that after eating my cereal and waiting a further 5 to 10 minutes more, I had to go into the kitchen area for at least half of the mornings to request a pot of tea, yet again others were being served at their tables. |

Very good location, close to the Opera, Karntner Strasse, Stefansdom ... Although it is in the city center, it is quiet and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't rate this hotel as a 4 star hotel! Facilities are limited, rooms are very small ( we stayed at the 5th floor and we barely have enough space for us and our luggage). We had a good stay but I think it is overpriced. |

Staff were very helpful. Right in the city centre, therefore could walk everywhere. Free internet. Airconditioning Room was a bit small, but nothing can be done about that. Breakfast was a bit dull. |
