A gem of a hotel in an excellent location. The staff wer helpful before and during our trip, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast goog. We will definitely go back! Excellent value.

No complaints about the hotel, but our Saturday evening in Vienna was completely ruined by an awful experience in the nearest restaurant to the hotel, the Weinbotschaft. Truly horrific treatment by the owner, who had clearly double-booked our table. We were initially given an hour to get out, then (when we considered leaving) 2 hours, Then, we were asked to move tables half way through the mediocre and extortionately priced main course. Looks enticing, but walk a little further up the road to avoid this nightmare in an otherwise friendly city with lovely food!

Excellent small hotel, big on quality. Ideal as a bed & breakfast type base for exploring the sights of Vienna. Great location within The Ring. Several top attractions, main shopping street, & u Bahn stations within 10 minutes walk. Good sized rooms with air conditioning & double glazing. All very clean & well maintained. Staff were courteous, efficient, & friendly. Very good breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Execellent and very central location - close to shopping, museums, opera etc but still quiet surroundings. Very well functioning free wifi in all rooms. Good breakfast.

The hotel was convenient for walking to most of the major sites. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was well presented , highly varied and plentiful. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will return ourselves on our next trip to Vienna.

I liked the historic design of the hotel. It was very beautiful and unique - don't change it! There are so few places that offer old-style furnishings and decor. I specifically sought out a hotel that had these features, as I wanted to make my stay in Vienna as authentic as possible. Staying at your hotel made me feel like I was in a Viennese palace from the past, and helped to enhance all of the historic sites I visited while in the city. Yet it had all the modern conveniences. Also, the morning breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was certainly convenient to so many of Vienna's best attractions, shopping and restaurants. Don't change a thing!

About the only thing I can think of to critique was that the grapes in the fruit salad had seeds in them, which made them difficult to eat without biting into seeds. Maybe replace them with seedless grapes. That's it! That's all I can find that could be improved!
