Tyynyjä vain yksi ja vuode alkaa olla aikansa elänyt. Lämpötilan säätö jäi minulle epäselväksi.

Huoneen hintaan sisältyi aamiainen, ensi kerralla haluan mennä samaan hotelliin mutta harkitsen aamiaisen nauttimista lähistöllä sijaisevissa kahviloissa. Aamiainen oli ihan ravitseva mutta ehkä hiukan arkinen, lukuunottamatta aamiaiskuohuviiniä ;)

Location is excellent, for comfortable stay you should order at least suite.

The hotel has a very central location and most staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was of good quality.

The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable but had insufficient natural light and were gloomy in the daytime as all available lights were needed. The rooms were located at the bottom of a deep internal coutyard well. Although snacks, etc. should have been available until 9pm each evening, when we asked for a quick snack at 6pm on the Saturday before going to the theatre, we were told that no one was available to provide this service.

Location of the hotel was excellent, sevice and staff were very helpful with sorting out internet connection. The hotel was very good for visiting ALL the city attactions without the need for seperate transport we walked to nearly all the city sights.

I had quite a lot of trouble connecting to the internet for business purposes the signal strength was weak .

Courtesy of staff and easy access to points of interest. It had a very homely ambience and the situation was ideal for both shopping and sight seeing.

location,courteous staff, nice buffet breakfast,and cleanliness. the room were of adequate size with clean bathroom with all the amenities.

I was booked for four nights on advance . I stayed three nights .Extra amount paid for one night should have been refunded.

The hotel was charming in every way. The staff was extremely friendly, knowable and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great.

The hotel is quite nice and the staff is exemplary.

Parking the car was a bit of a challenge but the staff was very helpful and in the end it worked well.

The helpfulness of the staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Great location, sweet facade, right near main shopping strip and close to trains for Pisa etc. The Hotel is a little quirky but over all it's a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was understaffed, poor waitress.
