L'accueil du réceptionniste, les couleurs claires de l'hôtel, la salle de bains style Versace, la proximité des lieux touristiques, le parking couvert tout proche, le petit déjeuner varié et très bon.

Situation parfaite, petit hôtel à taiile humaine, accuiel excellent , petit déjeuner avec un vaste choix, copieux et trés bon ( croissant excellent). Hôtel trés Vienne, le stuc beige, le rococo, les tentures .... Parfait, un instant le temps suspend son cours...

Chambre à côté de l'ascenseur, réveil par conversation des gens et aspirateur avant 8h du matin ( à éviter ou mettre un socle).

Location is excellent, for comfortable stay you should order at least suite.

The hotel has a very central location and most staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was of good quality.

The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable but had insufficient natural light and were gloomy in the daytime as all available lights were needed. The rooms were located at the bottom of a deep internal coutyard well. Although snacks, etc. should have been available until 9pm each evening, when we asked for a quick snack at 6pm on the Saturday before going to the theatre, we were told that no one was available to provide this service.

Location of the hotel was excellent, sevice and staff were very helpful with sorting out internet connection. The hotel was very good for visiting ALL the city attactions without the need for seperate transport we walked to nearly all the city sights.

I had quite a lot of trouble connecting to the internet for business purposes the signal strength was weak .

Courtesy of staff and easy access to points of interest. It had a very homely ambience and the situation was ideal for both shopping and sight seeing.

location,courteous staff, nice buffet breakfast,and cleanliness. the room were of adequate size with clean bathroom with all the amenities.

I was booked for four nights on advance . I stayed three nights .Extra amount paid for one night should have been refunded.

The hotel was charming in every way. The staff was extremely friendly, knowable and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great.

Very nice hotel, centrally located and well furnished. Suggested both for business and holiday trips. Very good breakfast.

Parking the car was a bit of a challenge but the staff was very helpful and in the end it worked well.
