Best Western Premier Schlosshotel Römischer Kaiser    

Zdecydowałam się na Schlosshotel Roemischer Kaiser ze względu na lokalizację, kameralną atmosferę oraz piękny wystrój. Po wizycie tam wiem, że wybór był bardzo trafiony. Poza wymienionymi atutami dodam jeszcze przemiły personel. Bardzo miłą niespodzianką była choinka w pokoju i prezent w postaci wina na urodziny mojego partnera. Hotel ma naprawdę dużą klasę.

Jedyny minus to może brak wieszaka na płaszcze w pokoju mansardowym. W szafie się niestety nie mieścił:-) Poza tym wszystko było jak dla mnie idealne.

This is our second visit and was excellent as usual. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The location is great ,very near shopping center and main sights but also very quiet.

the staff was super helpful and the rooms well appointed. the location is just a few minutes walk to the Opera House. I would highly recommend it.

We were warmly greeted by the front desk staff, and our room, a jr. Suite, was good sized. The bathroom was excellent, just as it appeared on the website. Breakfast was divine! We loved it and appreciated the selection, and the kind servers. The location was great.

The carpets need steam cleaning. You could see the dirt. The sofa needs steam cleaning, too. The furniture was not very comfortable. The coffee table is too tall, made it awkward to sit at the sofa or chairs.

The excellent location, the center, very friendly staff, clean, comfortable, best price, on the same side of the street where the hotel are two decent restaurants - "Sool" and "Trumer Pils", very close to a wonderful bakery "Sacher". Recommended.

When we asked for room service at 20.30 we were told that the lady had gone home! According to info in room roomservice is until 21.00. - We had to dress again and look for a restaurant. Annoying

OMG I liked everything from the professional staff of all services to the location.

The service , the setting and the breakfast were beyond compare. Very light and elegant.

I was sharing the room with a friend and we were supposed to have twin beds and were given a queen. We did not complain as it was a short trip. Thus a small room with minor inconveience was not a big problem. It was odd that our friend who was staying in a single actually had a signifcantly larger room and the potential of two twin beds having been pushed together. I was wondering if they got our rooms wrong but I did not want to cause any trouble for the other friend or the lovely hotel staff.

Location is perfect - close to most sights. Very quiet - it is a around the cornter from Karntner but no noise reaches it. Very good breakfast. Slippers and robes were brought to our room on request. The room is big enough (we stayed in a junior suite) and very clean. Toiletries and bathroom facilities are very good. Beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and willing to help. We come to Vienna every year and have stayed in many hotels in the city center, this hotel defeinitely provides the best value for money. We would definitely stay here again and i would recommend it to my friends.

There was a problem with my card authorization by the hotel after booking. I got several messages from the bank saying that someone is trying to charge my account. I got a call from the hotel and had to contact the booking.com customer service. The matter was resolved, but I had some unpleasant moments. Booking.com customer service really helped.

Dont use the wify service. Very slow or dont work in the room. At breakfast area little better. Cabel line very fast.

A lovely hotel for familys

Location was amazing yet extremely quiet. Room was large and comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was very nice - good selection of hams and cheeses (bacon was a bit overdone). They even had a little christmas tree in the room.

Occasional slight hint of smell of smoke coming through central air conditioning. Only very slight and very rare.

Situation

The Bed, no hard how I like.

Beautiful city building full of character and tastefully decorated. Excellent breakfast.

As a non-smoker I was annoyed by the constant smell of cigarette smoke coming through the air conditioning vent in the bedroom.

A lovely old-fashioned building, well-decorated particularly the Gianni Versace bathroom. In a pedestrianised street very close to one of the main shopping areas and convenient for many of the attractions. A very good breakfast buffet included in the room rate.

Charm, comfort, location...this hotel has it all! We walked into the Viennese style lobby with its gilded moldings and crystal chandeliers and were graciously welcomed at the front desk. We took the lift to room 44 and were delighted with its old world charm, cleanliness and the spaciousness of the bathroom. Our room itself was a nice size, with plenty of space to move around...a nice desk area, safe and mini-bar/refrigerator. The location was perfect...on a quiet street limited to pedestrian traffic, yet, we were only a short walk (a block or so) away from a huge shopping district. In fact, we were able to walk to almost all of the attractions we wanted to see, with the exception of the summer palace which we accessed by the metro. I must mention the buffet breakfast included in the price of the room. It was the BEST we have ever experienced over many years of traveling in Europe. Besides the usual assortment of bread, meats and cheeses, there were fresh goumet cheeses, fresh fruit salad as well as fresh melon slices each morning. Also included were delicious pastries and champagne each morning. It was simply an outstanding spread in comparison to what is usually offered in most hotels in this price range.

We loved everything about it and would definitely stay here again.
