Best Western Hotel Reither  

E un hotel decent, aproape de statii de metrou si tramvai, intr-o zona semi-centrala.

amplasarea este buna aproape de metrou. Micul dejun a fost excelent si personalul amabil. Din pacate am stat doar 2 zile si nu ne am putut bucura si de piscina si sauna. Garajul este chiar la subsolul cladiri si are acces imediat la liftul hotelului. Din garaj ajungi extrem de usor cu toate bagajele in camera.

Room is very basic but was very clean! For the price we have paid in Vienna was very good! The subway is 5m walk.

Great value for money. Just 10-15 min walk from the metro station, and then 4 stations (10 min) to the Opera House. Hotel staff are helpful. The hotel is kept very clean, thus, I didn't mind that this is a older hotel. The room was large room and I had plenty of space for me and my husband to pack our luggage.

It is not a great location, although close to the tram. The hotel has no bar. The restaurant is rubbish and serves no alcohol. The breakfast is over priced and no variety. Most of all there is no bar... A pool is advertised on Best Western but it is closed.

- The pool was not working. - When asking for the bill, the breakfast was included in the bill twice. To my request to correct the bill and make it in English the response was that they cannot do bills in English. The correction of the bill took half an hour. Thanks God I asked for the bill one day before departure. So, if you want to get correct bill, ask it in advance in order to have time to get it corrected if it's wrong. I had to insist to get the correct bill, which was eventually made after one more incorrect attempt. Therefore the general impression of the stay in the hotel is very poor. - Wifi is unaccessible from all tables in the restaurant. The tables in the area where wifi is available were not ready for the dinner (no even tablecloth, etc).

magnetic room keys required validation everyday, often did not work, had to go back to the reception desk before opening my room ants in the room (harmless but unpleasant) no leisure/sport facilities (e.g sauna) in the hotel despite they were advertised - I feel cheated

Everything was clean and to a high standard. Very good value for money.

Friendly staff , welcoming management and the most important cleanliness of rooms .

The bed and the breakfast

The fact that you shower in a place and your toilet is in another place (same room though) and the fact that the wifi is "almost" not working in the hotel rooms ... (stayed at the 4th floor).

The beds were nice, but the staff was GREAT!!! My trip to Vienna was HUGE disaster. I had spent a lot to get there, and planned for hundreds of hours. The only bright part, and saviours of my sanity, were the staff. After chatting with Andrea Paul-Socher (I might be wrong about her name, she has wavy hair and speaks French too) a couple times, I consider her to be a friend. She was so helpful and understanding. Also the night staff, the guy who was originally from Spain, suggested so many things the saved me from problems and cut my stress levels in half. Also Alex who spend so much time to research my critical, and I mean CRITICAL power adapters and where to buy them and even that they were in stock. One night he got me a beer from the restaurant although it was closed. After a day of hell, this was a beer I will never forget. The bottom line is, my own friends couldn't have given me better service. A personal thanks to the staff at the Reither Best Western! Look me up if you are every in Victoria, B.C. The toilet being in a separate room. But it is probably better when 2 or more people stay in the room.

it is not 4-star hotel for sure. it has pool & sauna, but the rooms like usual home apartments and the breakfasts are bad enough - limited choice, drinks are awful. It is impossible to compare it with Renaissance for example that it is really 4-star hotel.

Bathroom is super bad, not only has limited space but also poor shower nozzle. This broken shower nozzle really made showering very annoying. Indeed, the hotel doesnt cost so much to fix it. Dont know why the hotel is lazy to do so!!!

Small garage and the restaurant its close ;-(

This hotel offers very good conditions for its range, we could park in front of it, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was big and conveniently furnished, breakfast was very diverse and delicious. Hotel is located on a quiet street, there was no noise disturbing us.

The area of Westbahnhof is not that nice and if you are planning to return from Opera by walking along Mariahilferstrasse take into consideration that there is quite a walk from its end to the hotel as well.

The WIFI is not good

Hotel has a garage. Rooms are quite spacious. Very clean. In reception there is free tea/coffee facilities

The hotel needs a facelift. Looking a bit old now

Breakfast and no tea facilities in room, 10percent service charge added when I could see no services would have been better just to increase the basic price by 10 percent
