The hotel is clean but tired looking, needs renovation

Very helpful staff. Secure parking in a very biker friendly area with easy access to some great scenery and awesome mountain roads.

For a 5 star hotel very poor bed

A small hotel in the center of the old town Lienz. The room we got on the second floor was nice and clean but behind the minibar door there was nothing - empty. So we asked to replace the room and luckily there was another one ready just a room next door. The room is a little bit old fashioned and not very well kept. The breakfast buffet was OK.

Facing a big public parking place with only six or seven Hotel's parking places. To enter to the Reception and the lobby you have to climb some steps and it's not very easy with heavy luggage (!) The bed pillows are thin and empty and they are only good as decoration article. The same about the bath towels: very thin and small, almost impossible to dry with.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast excellent. The restaurant was superb and non-smoking which in Austria is a miracle, so I ate better here than I have anywhere else. Lienz is a lovely clean pretty town in the mountainous area, and very easy to get to the marvellous Krimmler Falls from there - v good bus service.

Restaurant: die freundliche, zuvorkommende Bedienung! Wirklich top! Restaurant: sehr gute Grillgerichte Frühstück: sehr nette und freundliche Bedienung, mit guter Auswahl vom Buffet.

Restaurant: eine doch recht starke Geruchsbelästigung durch die offene Grill-Küche (obwohl diese sehr gut kocht!) Frühstück: die Fleischplatte gleich neben der Tee-Samovar (durch das konstant kochende Wasser, wurde das Fleisch rasch unansehnlich)

De prijs was aan de hoge kant. Heb € 99 betaald en dat is erg veel voor vergelijkbare hotels in die regio

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption und die ausgesprochen gute Küche noch um 21:30 am Abend.

Die zentrale Lage Freundliches Personal

Zimmerausstatung, ziemlich abgenutze Tepichböden, nur zur Übernachtung zu teuer. Restaurant etwas teuer, zu dieser Jahreszeit zu lange Speisekarte.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, ideale Altstadtlage.

Lage, Frühstück, Personal sehr freundlich (aber unbeholfen - siehe negative Punkte)

Check In erst ab 16 Uhr möglich (Zimmer um 16:00 Uhr auch noch verschmutzt bzw. Noch nicht gereinigt); das gebuchte Familienzimmer hat nicht 40m2 sondern 20m2 (Differenzbetrag beim Check Out kommentarlos - ohne Entschuldigung - retourniert), Mitarbeiter teilweise ein wenig unbeholfen.

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt und die dazugehörige Tiefgarage.

Da ich nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbrachte, kann ich keine besonderen Vor- oder Nachteile erkennen

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum, an einem größeren Platz, die hübsche Fußgängerzone in 100 Meter Entfernung. Unser Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk - 5. Stock - war nach hinten mit Balkon, modern und geräumig. Das Badezimmer war eher klein. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet mehr als ausreichend, das Personal freundlich.

Die Mitarbeiter waren in jeder Hinsicht sehr sehr freundlich! Preis Leistung hat auf jeden Fall gepaßt! Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend! Tiefgarage ist ein großer Pluspunkt!

Hotel ist etwas älter daher in den Zimmern langsam renovierungsbedürftig. Duschkabinen sind sehr klein!
