Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, central location Overpriced for what you get. (e..g. rooms not really luxurious and hotel rooms feel old, although they are renovated and have things like flat screen tv) |

Traditional feeling Austrian Hotel with nice restaurant serving regional specialties. We appreciated the free parking in the garage across the street, and the central location in Bregenz. Hotel staff were very nice and accomodating. I was at this hotel on business, and I had some problems with the wired internet access. Luckily, but each time, after several tries, I was able to logon. it just didn;'t seem to work on the first attempt several times. |

Service, Freundlichkeit, Design der Zimmer "gemütlich-zeitgenössisch". Lautes Ticken/Klacken im Zimmer, Ursache nicht festzustellen - es ist ein Altbau, was aber auch den Charme des Hotels ausmacht. Es wurde sich aber überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich bemüht, eine Lösung zu finden (Zimmerwechsel war möglich). Hervorragend schalldichte Fenster. Eine Kleinigkeit: Termostat-Anzeige viel zu hell - beleuchtet den Raum (samt Schattenwurf!). |

tolle Lage, nettes Ambiente, nettes Personal, super Restaurant und Bar im Hotel, die von Einheimischen frequentiert werden Der Behälter des Rührei beim Früstücksbuffet hatte keinen Deckel und wurde auch nicht warmgehalten, daher gab es bei unserem Aufenthalt kiloweise kaltes Rührei-dieses wurde zwischenzeitlich auch nicht aufgewärmt-insgesamt ziemlich eigenartige Praxis, Teppiche überall-im Deluxe Zimmer wäre Parkett schön gewesen |

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Carola. Feines Frühstück. Anfänglich penetranter Rauchgeschmack im Zimmer. Das Angebot der Réception, jemanden mit einem Spray vorbei zu schicken, haben wir abgelehnt, weil dies das Problem ja nur für einen Moment übertüncht. |

Das Hotel liegt zentral in Bregenz. Gutes Restaurant und schöne Terrasse Viel zu wenig Platz bei Frühstück. Man musste längere Zeit warten um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Preis/Leistung während der Festspielzeit nicht gerechtfertigt. |

Отличные уютные "нафаршированные" номера. Было всё: холодильник, кондиционер, халаты, тапочки, жалюзи с электроприводом и т.д. Очень красивый ресторан, вкусный и богатый завтрак, бесплатная парковка. |

Außerordentlich netter Empfang, aufmerksames Personal. Gut gelöster Kompromiß zwischen Atmosphäre und Modernität Duschen etwas beschwerlich aufgrund zu kurzen Duschschlauchs, Teppich im Zimmer war optisch ziemlich auf. |
