Best Western Premier Hotel Weißes Kreuz    

Lovely hotel and we had an outstanding room. Very quiet and the location was excellent. Easy walk to the train station and lake. The breakfast was excellent as was the service.

Nothing to dislike. One of the best hotels we stayed at on our trip.

Our stay at the Weisses Kreuz was excellent and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Bregenz. The staff really cared about our wellbeing and nothing was too much trouble for them. Rooms were smart and well equipped and the food was exceptional. On the Saturday evening we arrived the restaurant was fully booked but they immediately offered to serve us food from the restaurant in our room which was quickly delivered and superb. A fantastic hotel.

Very friendly staff... good breafast.. perfect location. Room as very neat and clean. I ordered a birthday cake and as promised by the team it was outstanding.... Soft spoken people and you get all information required.

Comfortable, nice rooms. Bathroom was excellent - modern and clean. Nice terrace off our room. Breakfast was great.

The wifi was poor - I had to go into the hallway to have it work. Also, upon checking out they charged my husband 8 euro for mini bar purchases. I then told him we didn't take anything - when he went back to tell the front desk clerk she didn't apologize and said, "well the stuff was gone". She did agree to refund the money but I really don't appreciate the lack of apology and then being accused of not being truthful. It was their error and they accused us.

Sehr gemütliches und grosszügiges Zimmer. Für uns ein Plus: mit unserem grossen Hund fühlten wir uns willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Frühstück war sehr fein und das Personal war diskret zurückhaltend auber bei Bedarf sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Zum Hotel können wir - nach einer Übernachtung - wirklich nichts nachteiliges sagen.

Sauberkeit prima (wobei das in einem 4Sterne-Hotel eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein sollte), Lage sehr zentral

Durch das gesamte Haus zog der Essensgeruch aus dem hausinternen Restaurant (hier scheint es kein ordentliches Lüftungssystem zu geben), sodass das Zimmer und die Flure stark nach Essen rochen. Das Frühstück war um acht, obwohl dieses ab sieben angeboten wird, nicht vollständig und auch das Servicepersonal dort war weder in der Lage freundlich zu bedienen, geschweige denn dafür zu sorgen, dass das Buffet vervollständigt wird. Besondere Achtung sollte dem angegebenen Preis von Bookings gegeben werden: wir hatten hier mit Frühstück gebucht, beim check-out wollte man uns dieses dann nochmal mit 14,00Euro pro Person in Rechnung stellen. Laut des Empfangspersonals würde es da immer Probleme mit Bookings und dem Hotel geben... Nun ja...

Zuwenig Auswahl für diesen Preis. Geräuschkulisse im Zimmer war unangenehm, man hört wenn der Nachbar seine Abend/Morgen Toilette beginnt.

Superbe salle de bain, propreté, toilettes séparées, surface de la suite, excellent emplacement de l'hôtel au centre ville mais au calme.

la moquette un peu vieillotte, le craquement du sol de la chambre du dessus, le tout un peu défraîchi (sauf la salle de bain et les toilettes), un grand lit avec 2 matelas.
