Ubicación. Es muy centrico. Tiene un restaurante fantástico. Las indicaciones donde se encuentra el parking no son nada claras, tuvimos muchos problemas para llegar. |

Está muy bien localizado,en el centro de Salzburgo.Las habitaciones son amplias y están limpias. El acceso en coche es a través de una zona peatonal, difícil de encontrar al llegar.El parking que oferta el hotel lo cobra el mismo hotel, pagando completos todos los días de estancia,aunque el coche no esté aparcado todo el día. |

la situacion en el mismo centro, al lado del Festival de musica, la decoracion del breakfast room y la nota de clase de los lugares comunes (acceso a las habitaciones, etc) No estan en consonancia los lugares comunes con las habitaciones, pues aunque son correctas no tienen tanto estilo. |

Restaurant very good, fair price, good service and central. . Car parking not local. Hotel was inaccessible by car and extremely difficult to find. This would apply to most hotels in centre of Salzburg. Very small bathroom and electrical problem which resulted in having to swap rooms in order to sleep in middle of night. |

Perfect hotel in a perfect setting! Staff was above and beyond helpful and knowledgable. Location in Salzburg could not have been better. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel restaraunts were outstanding, if pricy. Would definetly stay here again and would recomend it without any reservations. Absolutley nothing! |

Nice and Central to Salzburg old town - great position - I would describe it as a very elegant building going to seed! TV room and Internet access not available - Room not cleaned properly from previous occupants. Window looked out onto a small roof section which had empty cigarette packets and old tissues not removed. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities. |

The hotel's location is not only excellent, the quality of the (large) room made our stay a memorable one. Friendly receptionist, too. But... ...buffet breakfast next morning was a complete chaos: only one waitress for 60 guests. Hence the non-stop dirty tables, empty buffet and complaining guests. Hotel management: make this work and you have a fine hotel! |
