Sijainti erinomainen: kaupat ja kaikki nähtävyydet aivan lähellä. Hotellin ravintola hyvä ja aivan vieressä italialainen ravintola, joka oli erinomainen. Sänky oli kova. |

Erittäin keskeinen sijainti vanhan kaupungin ostosalueella ja Mozartin syntymäkodin lähellä. Tyylikäs hyvin varustettu hotelli, jossa hyvä palvelu. |

Erinomainen sijainti kävelykatujen keskellä. Ikkunasta näkyi komeasti linnoitus. Aamiainen oli tarpeeksi monipuolinen, jossa oli useita sämpylälajeja, juustolajeja, muita leikkeleitä sekä keskieurooppalaisittain poikkeuksellisesti tarjolla oli myös kurkkua ja tomaattia. Huone oli pieni, mutta viihtyisä ja toimiva. Kypyhuone jopa erinomaisen toimiva ja siisti. Hotellin henkilökunta ja ilmapiiri ehkä hivenen jäykkä, mutta kuitenkin erittäin kohteliasta. Vanha rakennus ehkä modernisoitu sisältä liiaksi. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent bedroom with lots of extra space and good facilities, including free internet. Dinner very good in hotel restaurant and included buffet breakfast had great variety and was excellent value. Great location in town centre near Mozart's birthplace. We were able to leave our luggage all day after checking out and could even use the internet again when picking it up. Nothing, this was the best hotel of our vacation. |

Friendly helpful staff. Clean & tidy rooms. Good variety at breakfast. Free apples! No shampoo/conditioner available. No fluffly white towels. Rooms very hot! |

The hotel is located in an area which is not easily accessible by car. Instructions and maps for arriving by car could be improved dramatically. |

Location, TV room, breakfast room, our room except the front wall, paintings. Book rooms at Hotel Elefant; it's an original art hotel. The front wall in the room is dirty with black/gray stains; the window in the bathroom is not frosted; furniture pieces from different periods and styles on the same floor. |

We used this hotel during our 11-day Bier-Mania! Great European Beer Tour. Excellent hotel centrally located in Salzburg. Great breakfast as well. |

Restaurant very good, fair price, good service and central. . Car parking not local. Hotel was inaccessible by car and extremely difficult to find. This would apply to most hotels in centre of Salzburg. Very small bathroom and electrical problem which resulted in having to swap rooms in order to sleep in middle of night. |

Perfect hotel in a perfect setting! Staff was above and beyond helpful and knowledgable. Location in Salzburg could not have been better. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel restaraunts were outstanding, if pricy. Would definetly stay here again and would recomend it without any reservations. Absolutley nothing! |

Nice and Central to Salzburg old town - great position - I would describe it as a very elegant building going to seed! TV room and Internet access not available - Room not cleaned properly from previous occupants. Window looked out onto a small roof section which had empty cigarette packets and old tissues not removed. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities. |

The hotel's location is not only excellent, the quality of the (large) room made our stay a memorable one. Friendly receptionist, too. But... ...buffet breakfast next morning was a complete chaos: only one waitress for 60 guests. Hence the non-stop dirty tables, empty buffet and complaining guests. Hotel management: make this work and you have a fine hotel! |
