Très bonne emplacement au centre de la vieille ville

tres beau séjour Hotel super bien situé au centre de la vielle ville.

Hôtel de qualité, idéalement situé pour visiter une ville de la taille de Salzbourg (on sort dans la zone piétonnière). Equipements de très bon niveau et salle du petit-déjeuner fort agréable. Le bâtiment n'est pas dénué de charme.

Situation top. Service et amabilité du personnel très bien.

Les 2 fenêtres de la chambre donnaient sur 1 grand mur à 1,50 M. de distance. Aucune vue, aucune luminosité. Déprimant au possible !

Its a small thing but they didn't provide wash clothes in bathroom.

The fantastic situation of the Hotel! Near of everything, like Getreidegasse,Residenzplatz, Domplatz etc. Lovely room in the upper floor with view to the Hohensalzburg !!!

Located right in the centre of old city. Most tourist spots are within walking distance. Very convenient! The typical Austrian breakfast is good. Although the hotel has long history but it is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Facilities are also good. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended.

Just a very nice hotel in a great location with very friendly staff.

Location excellent. Parking discounted but of site in general car park. Breakfast good included in room rate. If driving do not forget to buy your vignette toll pass. Very important as check points on roads. 10Euro for ten days.

Very good location in the quaint old town with plenty of shops and restuarants/cafes around. One particular receptionist: he was very chatty and quick to dispense advice.

Small rooms (deluxe). Beds were too soft (personal preference), while sofa bed was definitely too hard.9

Warm welcome and very helpful reception staff - enabled us to get the most out of our stay in Saltzburg. The location was excellent in the heart of the old town and on the doorstep to so many of the wonderful attractions.

Very nice hotel and very friendly, helpful staff. Great location in the middle of old town. With the timing of our visit somewhat between seasons, great value for the price.

Actually getting to the hotel through the code-actuated bollards and weaving through pedestrians on the restricted-access street was a bit of a challenge. Typical very small elevator in historic building, but it worked fine.

This hotel is fabulous. The room was really comfortable and clean and had air con which was actually used as it was unusually warm during our trip there in March! Location is perfect for sight seeing and it is literally a minutes walk from Mozarts birth place etc and fabulous restaurants nearby also. Staff are super friendly with perfect english and can answer any questions you have. I have huge praise for Ikram (Behind the desk) he was so lovely to us during our stay and in particular he was very understanding when my husband went sleep walking and he was so discreet about it! It really is a great hotel in a wonderful location. Breakfast buffet is well stocked and food is fresh. We also ate in the restaurant where the food was very well priced, delicious and the waiters were really polite with perfect english. I cannot wait to go to Salzburg again as it is a beautiful city and I will certainly book into this hotel.

I thought the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. It was comfortable and central.

For the cost, I was disappointed by two things. Firsly, it was winter and the central heating was not working properly in our room. More irritating, I had to ask the desk people twice before the problem was dealt with. The other annoying thing was that the TV system had no access to English TV channels. My wife wasn't too well and, as we had to stay in for most evenings, it was rather boring without an English channel to watch - even just for the news. When I asked if this issue could be dealt with I was greeted on both occasions with a 'What can we do about it' attitude. The TV guidence pointed out that there were English channels available so I guess it was reasonable to expect them. I think, overall, the desk staff, though polite, were rather complacent about the issues above. I don't think that is professional really - and the stay wasn't cheap !
