ロケーションがよく観光に便利でした。私たちが泊まった部屋は、４畳半くらいのリビングルームがあって、バ- スルームもバスタブの他にシャワーブースがありました。トイレも孤立していました。壁は、写真にあるような- 黄色と白のストライプでかわいかったです。家具も素敵でした。スタッフもフレンドリーで対応が良く、宿泊前- に問い合わせしたいことがあって数回メールしましたが、すぐに返事がきました。（早いときは１０分後くらい- ！） 宿泊前にメールで、バスタブ付でかわいい部屋にしてください、とお願いしたのが幸いしたのかもしれませんが- 、一泊ひとり7600円くらいでとても優雅な気分になれました。 特になし |

旧市街の中にあって、音楽祭の会場にもショッピング街にも近いのがよい。 窓の向こう側に人がいると部屋の中が見えてしまう。できれば、レースなどの薄いカーテンと遮光カーテンの2- 枚重ねになっているとよい。 |

ロケーション、趣のある歴史ある建物、モダンなインテリア、親切なスタッフ、すべてよかったです。 唯一気になった点としては、タオルの質があまりよくなかったです。 |

なによりも場所がよい。市庁舎やモーツアルト広場のすぐそばにあり、市内観光には最適の場所にある。また、- 郊外へのツアーもホテルでのピックアップサービスがあるので便利である。部屋も清潔で、朝食もおいしい。ス- タッフも親切。大満足でした。 不満な点はなにもありませんが、部屋により、バスタブがないので、必要な方は予約前に確認された方がよいで- しょう。 |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent bedroom with lots of extra space and good facilities, including free internet. Dinner very good in hotel restaurant and included buffet breakfast had great variety and was excellent value. Great location in town centre near Mozart's birthplace. We were able to leave our luggage all day after checking out and could even use the internet again when picking it up. Nothing, this was the best hotel of our vacation. |

Friendly helpful staff. Clean & tidy rooms. Good variety at breakfast. Free apples! No shampoo/conditioner available. No fluffly white towels. Rooms very hot! |

The hotel is located in an area which is not easily accessible by car. Instructions and maps for arriving by car could be improved dramatically. |

Location, TV room, breakfast room, our room except the front wall, paintings. Book rooms at Hotel Elefant; it's an original art hotel. The front wall in the room is dirty with black/gray stains; the window in the bathroom is not frosted; furniture pieces from different periods and styles on the same floor. |

We used this hotel during our 11-day Bier-Mania! Great European Beer Tour. Excellent hotel centrally located in Salzburg. Great breakfast as well. |

Restaurant very good, fair price, good service and central. . Car parking not local. Hotel was inaccessible by car and extremely difficult to find. This would apply to most hotels in centre of Salzburg. Very small bathroom and electrical problem which resulted in having to swap rooms in order to sleep in middle of night. |

Perfect hotel in a perfect setting! Staff was above and beyond helpful and knowledgable. Location in Salzburg could not have been better. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel restaraunts were outstanding, if pricy. Would definetly stay here again and would recomend it without any reservations. Absolutley nothing! |

Nice and Central to Salzburg old town - great position - I would describe it as a very elegant building going to seed! TV room and Internet access not available - Room not cleaned properly from previous occupants. Window looked out onto a small roof section which had empty cigarette packets and old tissues not removed. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities. |

conveniently located in the old part of Salzburg. Friendly, helpful front desk staff.Good value for accommodation and breakfast. The restaurant food is marginal compared to other near-by restaurants - in qualityand price. |
