De kamer was erg netjes, schoon en zeer ruim. De locatie is perfect, midden in de binnenstad, alles op loopafstand. Er was een groot verschil tussen het personeel, de meeste waren erg aardig en behulpzaam. We hebben echter ook kennis mogen maken met een erg onbehulpzame man aan, schoon de receptie, die niet echt vriendelijk was. Aangezien de locatie midden in de binnenstad is is het vinden van het hotel met de auto erg moeilijk, ondanks navigatie in de auto. Van tevoren even bellen met de receptie is echt noodzakelijk. Het parkeren was ook niet om de hoek. We werden wel goed geholpen door het hotelpersoneel met rij instructies. Tip; wanneer je voor een poortje staat in de straat waar het hotel zit, kun je gewoon met de auto eronder door rijden (ook al is dit voetgangersgebied!) Dan links en 1e rechts (erg smal!) en je staat voor het hotel. |

Uiterst vriendelijke ontvangst; der medewerkers van de receptie waren erg behulpzaam. Mooie, ruime kamer, schoon en goed verzorgd. Ontbijt uitstekend in een fijne ambiance. Ook de diners in het hotel waren prima. |

Fraai hotel, hart altstadt, ruime kamer, zeer moeilijk bereikbaar per auto, parkeren erg lastig maar makkelijk als je het eindelijk weet. Bereikbaarheid per auto. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent bedroom with lots of extra space and good facilities, including free internet. Dinner very good in hotel restaurant and included buffet breakfast had great variety and was excellent value. Great location in town centre near Mozart's birthplace. We were able to leave our luggage all day after checking out and could even use the internet again when picking it up. Nothing, this was the best hotel of our vacation. |

Friendly helpful staff. Clean & tidy rooms. Good variety at breakfast. Free apples! No shampoo/conditioner available. No fluffly white towels. Rooms very hot! |

The hotel is located in an area which is not easily accessible by car. Instructions and maps for arriving by car could be improved dramatically. |

Location, TV room, breakfast room, our room except the front wall, paintings. Book rooms at Hotel Elefant; it's an original art hotel. The front wall in the room is dirty with black/gray stains; the window in the bathroom is not frosted; furniture pieces from different periods and styles on the same floor. |

We used this hotel during our 11-day Bier-Mania! Great European Beer Tour. Excellent hotel centrally located in Salzburg. Great breakfast as well. |

Restaurant very good, fair price, good service and central. . Car parking not local. Hotel was inaccessible by car and extremely difficult to find. This would apply to most hotels in centre of Salzburg. Very small bathroom and electrical problem which resulted in having to swap rooms in order to sleep in middle of night. |

Perfect hotel in a perfect setting! Staff was above and beyond helpful and knowledgable. Location in Salzburg could not have been better. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel restaraunts were outstanding, if pricy. Would definetly stay here again and would recomend it without any reservations. Absolutley nothing! |

Nice and Central to Salzburg old town - great position - I would describe it as a very elegant building going to seed! TV room and Internet access not available - Room not cleaned properly from previous occupants. Window looked out onto a small roof section which had empty cigarette packets and old tissues not removed. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities. |
