beliggenhet rom rett ovenfor diskotek som ikke stengte før kl 4 (dunk-dunk og umulig å sove). det andre rommet jeg booket var mot en bakgård og veldig fredfylt. |

Iris at reception was superb! She was very helpful, accomodating, well-informed and speaks five lamguages! A great asset. Access by car and parking most cumbersome. |

Very clean and the reception staff were very helpful. Need more information on location as Salzburg has many one ways and this hotel is in the middle of town. |

The big and comfort room that I stayed in. Near all the activitys. Wireless internet should be available at all rooms, they provide me cable but the connection not working and there is a wireless connection in the TV room but the receptionest did not knowing the password....!!!?? |

Iris, the lady at the front desk. She gave the most fantastic service we've ever received in a hotel. Location was fantastic as well. Breakfast was first class...amazing!! |

excellent location! friendly staff(Iris), close to train station. lots of good restaurants nearby there were not enough lights in the bedroom, and the lights were a bit too dim. |

This was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed stayed at! Comfort, amenities, location, and most of all, staff, were superb. we would recommend this unhesitatingly and enthusiastically to anyone. On the day of our departure, the elevator was briefly out of order and the staff carried our very heavy bags down six flights on their own initiative. |

The staff was great. They made an effort to address me by name, which is unusual these days. It reflects a general care and interest. The staff was kind and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay at the Elefant. |

Excellent location! Large room, with an entry hallway separated from the main room by a door (great for putting my toddler to bed at night). Upgraded my parents room to a Jr. Suite without any request from us or any additional charge. Excellent breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs! The room we stayed in was overlooking the street, and was very noisy until about 10 pm. We had to move the baby cot into the hallway and close the door to get our toddler to bed at night because of the street noise. Also, the floors were very squeaky. |
