hotel staff was excelent, the receptionist (frau eva) had an answer to every question - in english. Room was exactly what you expect from a 4 star hotel, breakfast buffet had everything, wifi was working even at the 4th level, and the tv hotel system had almost 70 channels (german, english, japanese, russian, french) - but who got time to watch tv when you are in vienna?!?! Hotel is very close to an important subway knot - Karlsplatz - from which you can travel anywhere in vienna. |

This hotel was just perfect for our stay. The staff could nt have been nicer, each and every one of them. Reception were so helpful and breakfast was top class. Breakfast staff were so friendly and accomodating. We also got an upgrade which was a huge bonus! I will definitely be back. |

The hotel breakfast was excellent, the staff were courteous and willing to help deal with any problems. Had to ask for coffee and tea facilities in the room. These were provided but you had to ask. |

I like the free buffet breakfast, :-). The hotel is very clean, elegant, and has lots of culture. I am thinking about bringing my family here next year. |

Excellent breakfastbuffet and the staff was nice in a genuine and personal way! The room was to warm, and it was little to do about it. Really a problem! |

Fr Eva and Herr Robert at the front desk were most helpful. Good location, high speed internet. The room is small, but not smaller than other similar hotels in Europe. Lack of drawer space, also like other European hotels. |

I have visited Vienna several times and stayed in several different hotels, including some located within the Ring. The Kaiserhof was simply The Best. Its location is superb - 5 minutes from Kaiserplatz U-Bahn / 10 minutes from Stephansplatz. The standard of the room was first class and the staff were little short of outstanding. |

The warm welcome I received on arrival. I was immediately welcomed and told I had received a room upgrade. My room was excellent. I also thought the breakfast and serving staff were efficient and welcoming. The reception staff were helpful in booking my 'tours'. It was the little things I appreciated like writing the date and time on my tickets. My only 'complaint' was the lack of available english speaking television! And no coffee maker in the room. |

The hotel is well located near the centre of Vienna and within easy walking distance of the Karlsplatz underground. Breakfast had an excellent choice of food including sparkling wine. The Secession area near the Kaiserhof hotel offers a wide range of cuisine and wines in a semi permanent market. |
