The traditional Hotel Kaiserhof is located in a quiet side street in the center of Vienna, only a short walk from the State Opera and the nearest subway station. All rooms at Best Western Premier Hotel Kaiserhof Wien have air conditioning. The suites and the public areas offer free Wi-Fi access. There is a spa area with sauna, steam bath and fitness room, as well as an internet corner. In the morning a rich Viennese breakfast buffet is served. Drinks and snacks are served at the bar and in the atrium. Belvedere Palace, the Ringstraße and the Karlsplatz subway station are only a short walk from Best Western Kaiserhof. It was an ideal location for seeing central Vienna and the nearby Nachmarkt has a lot of food places at varying costs. There were also several good restaurnats near by as well as in the market

The welcome was good - staff spoke perfect English. The room was large, warm and well equipped. Windows actually opened. Good system for free internet. Breakfasts were very fresh with lots of choice for all tastes. Walk into very centre of Vienna was 5-6 mins, with safe traffic controlled crossings. Staff were happy and well trained, obliging and knowledgeable. Would definitely go again and would highly recommend. Obviously some considerable history to the hotel, too, judging by the old photos in the hallway.

I thoroughly loved this hotel. Staff were very courteous and helpful. It was our Wedding Anniversary and we had asked for a quiet part of the hotel and were delighted to find out we had been upgraded to a suite as the hotel was fully booked. The suite was fantastic, very comfortable and so quiet, it was hard to believe we were in a big city. The breakfast was also amazing with a great choice of menu.. We were just sorry we could not stay longer. Loved everything about this hotel, thank you for making our 30th Wedding Anniversary so special.

I reserved the double room. However, I was improved without an additional charge into the sweet room when I arrived. Thanks to you, it was good that it was extensive and could be relaxed in a room.

Our room was exquisite with high ceilings, elegant fabrics and a bottle of champagne awaiting us. The bathroom was well equipped with amenities of bath salts, lotions, robes and slippers. The lounge/public areas are beautifully furnished and provided our group of 8 a place to gather to reflect on our day's adventures. The breakfast was excellent. Fr. Lali was delightful and extremely helpful. Every aspect was delightful. The only negative was the 20 minute walk to City Centre.

A first class hotel with pleasingly high standards. Would be very happy to stay again. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel food was delicious with full range for breakfast. Bathroom was spacious. Very relaxing ambience with only a short walking distance into town. It would have been helpful to have had help with our cases when we left the hotel.

I appreciated very much the welcome drink in the room that was generously offered by the hotel management. Also the free wireless connection in the room is a plus; some other hotels of this category charge for this facility.

Rooms were reasonably equipped and of decent size. Buffet breakfast was very good. We had 2 rooms, and both suffered noise problems from inside & outside the hotel. We had to change one of the rooms because of the racket. If anyone wants to stay here, get rooms as high up as possible to avoid noise. The street side might actually be quieter than the rear.

The location,cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of staff.The food was also excellent with lots of choices. Maybe a few more english T.v channels as all the english speaking channels were news channels.
