The home away from home is not only a phrase here. As a repeater I was upgraded automatically, I've got just the room was asked - because we had itlast time there - when pre-booking. It's not natural usually - but absolutely natural in Kaiserhof: very important. The staff was fantastic - as always before. And the room is quiet, clean, nice, the breakfast is perfect. Maybe the fact, that even the hotel-bar became non smoking, personally was a bad new for me. A non-smoking hotel - it's OK. But in the bar, after breakfast with a coffee or at the evening after a day for relaxing - would be not bad to be allowed to smoke. Well, I think this is really personal thing. |

The hotel seemed to be fully booked and pretty busy, but staffs were all very attentive and kind. Breakfast was very nice, as many people have commented. Room was not large, but just about right size for one person. Nice comfortable desk. Bathroom and TV looked quite new and maintained well. Overall, this hotel is quite good value for money. The room only had shower. Japanese people do need bath tub. However, use of steam sauna was free of charge, which offset this small downside. |

The hotel was very conveniently located for my purpose. The room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were extremely friendly. The dining facilities were below my expectations, with a very limited menu. |

Really good breakfast. The hotel is situated in a quiet street but very close to Karlskirche, underground station and Opera. Everything is within walking distance. Perfect for those who has little time to enjoy Vienna |

Breakfast buffet was the best we had during our three-week vacation in Europe. The room was very spacious and well appointed. Hotel staff was knowledgeable about Vienna and provided excellent assistance. The hotel was difficult to find and was not as close to a metro station as I had expected. |

The staff was absolutely first class from the front desk to the ladies waited the gourmet breakfast. The room was scrupulously clean, quiet and very comfortable for my two adult daughters and myself. Extremely convenient to the Old Town Center and subway. Great stay! Thank you! It would be completely fabricated out of thin air if I said anything negative! |

The room was nice, the staff very accommodating. The hotel was in a very convenient location to the city and the u for transportation. Great breakfast spread! One of the major reasons I selected the Kaiser was for air conditioning so I could get a good sleep however the a/c did not work...big disappointment! |

Walking the streets of Vienna. It was very hot the few days we stayed. The air conditioning was poor on the top floor. It took a long time to cool the room down and I was glad to leave and get back to the Best Western Parlament in Budapest which is a superb hotel and cheaper too! |

This hotel is the very best of this class that I've ever stayed, because it offered a bell clerk, sauna, clean bathroom and luxurious restaurant. It is located at the southern district of the Opera, but you can easily access the northern district on foot. So don't miss this hotel! |
