アメニティが可愛らしく、女性好みだと思います。清潔感あるお部屋で、快適に過ごせました。スタッフも親切- だし、観光に便利な立地でおススメです。 朝食は充実していたが、期待しすぎていたため、普通に感じられました。旅行中に滞在した他のホテルと大差な- かったです。でも、朝食ルームはおしゃれだし、十分満足できる内容だったと思います。 |

ウィーンの中心から15分ぐらい歩きます。夜はちょっと寂しいところですが、それほど危険ではありません。- ホテルはとてもきれいです。浴槽もピカピカでした。インターネットも各部屋で無料で使用できます。 サウナに入るのにお願いしなければ使用できないこと。 |

予想以上に綺麗で快適。バスルームも清潔。プラズマTV。スタッフの対応も親切、丁寧で気持ちが良かったで- す。朝食ビュッフェも質が良く、スパークリングワインなどもあり、大変美味しかったです。 部屋にポットがありませんでした。オペラ座など中心部まで少し距離があり、脇道に入ったところにホテルがあ- るので、夜遅くに戻るのは治安面での注意が必要です。 |

スタッフのサービスが素晴らしく快適な時間が送れた。特に、付の対応は深夜であったのにもかかわらず非常に- 良いものであった。また、朝食が豪華で非常に満足できた。ツインルームに宿泊したが、一人あたり60€以下- でこのクオリティーはなかなかないと思う。 直前（当日昼）まで予約が入っておらず、電話、メールで何度も確認した。実際に行ってみると二重予約状態に- なっていた。（当日昼までは予約されてないと言われていたのでbooking.comを見限って個人予約した。その後予約されたらしい・・・） |

カールスプラッツ近くにあり、移動や観光にとても便利な立地でした。スタッフの対応がよかったです。また、- ホテルに設置された無料インターネットPCで日本語が読めたのが便利でした。 トリプルを予約しましたが、ダブルの部屋にエキストラベッドを入れ込んだ形で、ちょっと狭かったです。ネッ- ト予約で比較的手頃価格だったので、仕方ないのでしょうけれど…。 |

フロントのスタッフが親切。 街の中心まで徒歩圏内。 サウナ、スチームバスが快適。 ホテルの規模に対し、朝食ビュッフェをとる場所が狭い。ちょうど朝食を食べに行った時間は混雑していて、空- いている席がなかなか見つからなかったが、その様子を見ていた朝食の準備をする女性のスタッフ（ドイツ人）- は知らん顔をしていた。とても印象が悪かった。更に、やっと見つけた席に座ろうと思ったところ、スタッフの- 一人がやってきて「Ｎｏ！Ｎｏ！」と大声で叫び、「そこはまだ他の人が使ってるのよ（怒）」と怒鳴られた。- 私は思わず「それなら初めからきちんと案内してよ！」と言ってしまった。ビュッフェの内容は良かったが、数- 名のスタッフの態度の悪さにかなりがっかりさせられた。他にも朝食スタッフの信じられない行動がいくつかあ- ったが、書いたらきりがないので、割愛することにする。 |

The hotel seemed to be fully booked and pretty busy, but staffs were all very attentive and kind. Breakfast was very nice, as many people have commented. Room was not large, but just about right size for one person. Nice comfortable desk. Bathroom and TV looked quite new and maintained well. Overall, this hotel is quite good value for money. The room only had shower. Japanese people do need bath tub. However, use of steam sauna was free of charge, which offset this small downside. |

The hotel was very conveniently located for my purpose. The room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were extremely friendly. The dining facilities were below my expectations, with a very limited menu. |

Really good breakfast. The hotel is situated in a quiet street but very close to Karlskirche, underground station and Opera. Everything is within walking distance. Perfect for those who has little time to enjoy Vienna |

Breakfast buffet was the best we had during our three-week vacation in Europe. The room was very spacious and well appointed. Hotel staff was knowledgeable about Vienna and provided excellent assistance. The hotel was difficult to find and was not as close to a metro station as I had expected. |

The staff was absolutely first class from the front desk to the ladies waited the gourmet breakfast. The room was scrupulously clean, quiet and very comfortable for my two adult daughters and myself. Extremely convenient to the Old Town Center and subway. Great stay! Thank you! It would be completely fabricated out of thin air if I said anything negative! |

The room was nice, the staff very accommodating. The hotel was in a very convenient location to the city and the u for transportation. Great breakfast spread! One of the major reasons I selected the Kaiser was for air conditioning so I could get a good sleep however the a/c did not work...big disappointment! |
