Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

We have stayed in this hotel 4 times and like it very much. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is warm and comfortable and beautifully decorated I was disappointed that there was no gluten free bread for breakfast. |

A fabulous traditional Viennese hotel, with outstanding staff & service - I received such a warm welcome with lots of information about Vienna, including maps and tours. Very comfortable rooms, extremely good value, & surprisingly peaceful for such a central location (5 minutes walk to nearest U bahn station - & Vienna's public transport system is amazingly efficient & safe). A wonderful 2 night break, I will certainly return to this lovely hotel & city - highly recommended! |

Easy to get from here to the city center. Price. Friendly staff. Good value for the money. The walls are not so thick, so on occasion slamming doors and loud conversations late at night can be disturbing |

Room was clean. Location was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful with advice, such as public transport.Enjoyed the bowl of apples! Internet limit to 15 minutes on common computer -- this is a little too short, especially when the connection doesn't always work well. The cleaning staff did not replace soap and by the end of my stay there was none left. Small point. |

Everything perfect. Agreable, confortable and clean. Decorated with very good taste. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They gave us very useful tips about trips and gave us precise and abundant information. Almolt impossible to point out anything wrong with this hotel. Well, maybe the rooms (or at least the room we stayed) are a bit tiny, but nevertheless confortable. A pity the breakfast was not included, but I reckon that is quite common. |
