We liked the hotel comfort and its relaxing atmosphere. We very much enjoyed the Austrian culinary experience offered by the restaurant. What a delight to find a barman who could prepare an excellent capairinha! |

The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. It is fairly close to the underground, so convienience wasn't an issue. The breakfast, at 17 Euro, was outrageously expensive. The breakfast was no different than any other I've had in Europe, but four times more expensive. Ghastly. The hotel is also situated on a very busy road so there is never a moment of quiet. |

Staff was very friendly & helpful on my arrival. Although check-in is not until 2 p.m. they were able to give me a room at about 10 a.m. with only a short wait for the room to be ready. Since I had flown from Canada on a very full flight filled with children and babies, I had been unable to sleep on the flight and desperately needed a couple of hours of sleep, so this was really appreciated. The restaurent staff was also good. My dinner was reasonably priced for an extremely nice and well presented meal. Their breakfast, although expensive, was very nice with wide selection that would appeal to all nationalities. Definately a hotel I will return to. It's also within walking distance of all the sights within the centre (1st district) of the city as well as to the Prater where the famous ferris wheel is. |

Great location in a very convenient street close to transport. We were able to walk everywhere very easily. Lovely interiors of hotel and hotel rooms, nice and quiet as well. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were extremely clean and well kept. |

That the receptionist discovered that I had paid for a superior room without me having to notify. Friendly staff all around. The chairs in the lobby are not comfortable. try them in your own home!..Internet access could be less limited. There was a rather noisy gathering on our thursd.or friday evening and the tidying up during the early morning was disturbing..Did not file any complaint... |

Good hotel in a quiet and reasonably central location with helpful staff. Restaurant was a plus for dinner. Non smoking room but smelt a little of cigarettes. |

Room was comfortable, clean and adequate in size. Dining room was special and the collections of fine pottery, silver, clocks etc in the foyer and dining room were excellent. The curtains were not black-out enough. |

The location. Easy access to everywhere and grocery stores nearby. The buildin is quite old and has nice antique atmosphere. The single room was quite small. Amenities (shampoo etc) were cheapish. More like a three star hotel rahter than four star. Breakfast is expensive (17 euros). |

The hotel was clean and well staffed. It was also in a handy location...close to the city centre and an underground stop. I didn't realise breakfast was not included. They charged 17 euro per person for breakfast. As a result we ate breakfast elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. |

The hotel was very well situated, near the centre, but was quiet, with very little noise from outside. I would have appreciated free internet access. |

Charming old world character. Large rooms and bathrooms. Everything immaculately clean and service highly efficient. But then this is Austria. |
