Location was good and room was very clean.
Some members of the staff are not familiar with the "customer service" concept. Room was very small. This is definitely not a good hotel for families with young children.
Hot room temp; this with the rads turned off in Nov.
All perfect. Great breakfast and lovely staff.
Very polite and helpful staff, cleanliness and excellent services, excellent location, the breakfast and wi-fi coverage, an overall cosy feeling, good value for money given the Vienna standards
Had some trouble managing heating, controls/infrastructure a bit old (i.e. the room was at some times too hot) Also a minor thing: the double room consisted of two single beds joined together instead of a double one which I prefer since I am kinda of a big guy. However comfort and sleep was quite good.
We enjoyed our five days at the Hotel Stefanie. It was a highlight of our trip. We had reserved a duluxe double and the room lived up to expectations. The hotel restaurant was also quite good and the breakfast buffet outstanding
The shower was a bit of a challenge. A tub/shower combination difficult to get into and rather cramped.
Location is good for a sort break.
Too warm in my. room
Proximity to city centre by metro or walking. Directions supplied by email were concise & easy to follow. Friendly staff, old style hotel but fresh & comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet - especially appreciated lactose free milk & yogurt, plus fresh fruit selection. There are 2 supermarkets within a few doors of the hotel.
Not the hotels fault, but doesn't seem to be restaurants in immediate vicinity; though less than 10 minutes walk to find some.
Excellent hotel in a great location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Very good location, walking distance from the main attractions of Vienna; very nice atmosphere and cosy. Different than the ussual locations.
Good location, very comfortable quiet room, lovelly breakfast, staff service - everything
No complaints at all
I could not sleep at night as I can hear every little noise from next door room. !!!
,good service, good location, very good breakfast
the matress was too soft and a little bit submerged
The location was perfect and the staff could not have been more helpful or more friendly. The hotel has a very nostalgic feel to it, reminiscent of a bygone era, yet has all modern day comforts. The breakfast was excellent, with something for everyone, maybe the best breakfast I've been served in Europe so far.
No complaints whatsoever
Breakfast was very good. We stayed four nights 3 in room 314 and 223 room 314 was a little small
Front desk was be a bit snobby when we requested a third night in room 314 and the price was increased quite a lot.
Location Bar service very good Breakfast quality slightly above average
Reception unhelpful Do not follow their restaurant recommendations Garage reserved, still full! Toilet stained with splash spots Service made a point of ignoring us. We fetched our own coffee
Helpful staff, responsive service, lovely old style atmosphere, lovely dining room with quality food at reasonable prices. Good breakfast.
Poor wifi reception in Room 169 (at far end of corridor first floor)
STAFF FRIENDLY AND HONEST
COULD NOT CONNECT COMPUTER IN ROOM
Room was warm
The hotel staff were wonderful, the service was great and the location was only a short walk to the city center.
Cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in. Everything was immaculate and well cared for with nothing out of place. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Fantastic breakfast and superb bar. Staff were incredibly efficient and helpful. Can't praise it enough, highly recommend.
Everything 'worked' well; Staff were very friendly and helpful; bed was comfortable.
Stumbled a few times against the elevation on floor next to windows. Old design I suppose.
comfortable bed, nice building, best breakfast
location, though it is near the metro, but not close to both train station, 20euro around.
Nice room. Good breakfast choice.
they strict about smoking in the room. not even a single cigarette you couldn't smoke with open window.
