Easy to find, close to the Schonbrunn palace (10min walk to the main entrance) and U-bahn station. The staff were really friendly and helpfull, breakfast is excellent with lots of choices, wifi works all around the hotel, but was a little slow at 11pm. You can leave your car in the streets around the hotel (not the main street), althought I guess it can be a little bit dificult to find a free spot sometimes... All in all, it was a great experience staying there and I would definitely recommend the hotel to everyone.

Amazing location and great rooms; breakfast was excellent and Internet worked all the time Noise, noise, noise with trucks and buses and people on the street all night. There is no A/C and it is a sauna

great hotel for that price, tasty breakfast (still warm bread, fruit salad,, eggs, nutella, juice, tea, milk.... about 4 kind of cereals (so you probably wont be hungry even if you are Rebecca Black)... but not alot of salami - only two kinds. Room was clean, stuff was nice, you have a fancy pizzeria/bar in hotel.... 2 minutes walk from subway, 0.5km from ZOO/Schönbrunn, so location is great... you can get into centrum with subway in about 10-15mins no parking... but if you arrive in the morning, you can easely find a parking spot on the street (you can find it in the evening too, but harder)

The hotel is very clean and staff is great. The rooms are pretty big and exactly as described and photographed, bed is great and the bathroom is really nice. Heating works great. The location of the hotel is excellent if you want to use the metro, as it is about 200-300 meters to the U4 line. You have 5 stations to the city center (Karlsplatz) which takes about 7 min. You can buy tickets for public transport at the reception desk. It's something about 16-17 eur for 72 hrs and you can use any kind of transportation. Parking is 50-100 m from the hotel and there was no problem finding the place to park. Breakfast is OK. I really don't have any complaints and will recommend it warmly to everyone that wants a good value for money.

Hotel staff was very helpful, wi-fi works fine, rooms are comfortable and even slightly better than what you would expect given the price. There's no air conditioning (although, even on a very hot day, temperature in a room was fine). Also, no mini bar. Free parking is available in the side streets around the hotel, but empy parking place can be hard to find.

Economical, good location, easy to get to using public transport Very surprised no air conditioning in room we were given a room facing the sun and it was uncomfortable due to 2 hot days stay. Fortunately the fine receptionist arranged a fan for us which gave some relief.

Very good value for the price: everything was clean and modern, the room and bathroom were big, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a bit spartan, but no problems. A short walk to the U-Bahn and Schönbrunn.

very friendly and helping staff, very good breakfast.free parking on the streets around the hotel, not on the main street though. the hotel is right near the bus station that gets you to most of the main points of interest of the city, from a tourist point of view. no air conditioning, too hot during the summer. no minibar. maybe a little more clean...

Quite a big room. Fast internet and no hassle with internet codes: you just enter it once and that's it. No air conitioning. Now it was only about 26 degrees and I could just handle the temperature (also because at night it cooled down until 18 degrees). I think that when it's over 30 degrees in the summer time it will be very warm in the room... Breakfast could be a bit better.
