Right to the reception was a room full of cigarette smokers and the entire reception area was smelly of cigarette (non smoking hotel). Impossible to establish an Internet connection on hotel infrastructure.

The room was really nice. When I waited to check-in I felt that the room would be dirty and smelly but it was just the reception that was unkempt the room was very clean and nice

Check in time at 2, which means that you can only find human beings at 2 in the hotel premises. I waited for two hours just to leave my luggage at the lobby but there was no one. At-last I could check in before 2, so in the end it was ok

The location was the deciding factor for us. The bathroom was very nice. The breakfast buffet is nice but meats and dairy products should be put on ice. In north america the health board would close it. Our room was very quiet.

1] The front desk is never occupied. 2] The pillows were stained badly. 3] the entrance looks terrible 4] our room got only cleaned once in our 3 night stay. 5] There is NO management available to speak to. 6] The whole place needs a new coat of paint. 7] It should not be listed as a Hotel until the front desk and entrance way are fixed. Overall with a few minor improvements it could be a very nice hotel but the way it is it should not be on your list of establishments.

No check-in/check-out mess, almost self-service - I was lucky to see a receptionist once. I parked my car outside without problems. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked properly.

Internet was low quality with disruptions. I definitely don't recommend it to those who's dependent on good internet. It's amazing how little attention hotel owners pay to good internet. It's an absolute must for every modern hotel. Internet must always work!!!!1

what could I say that is not much different from what other people have said about this hotel, did not bother us as we did not see any of the employees, but it has happened to us the first time, we have not had any other problems, we think about the relationship between prices and quality for the money (about 70e night) may be better to find but we just did not have time

Hard to find parking space, low variety for breakfast.

- Hell when I arrived no one was there at reception. Later realized no one used to be there at reception, I noticed guest generally wait to get some one on reception for assistance. - No one came to clean the room. - Pathetic service - Pathetic gesture at breakfast table. - All in all Plz.. Plzz.. don spoil Ur money.....

The poor service quality. Staff did not speak German and English well. They rather speak- I guess- Slavic languages, which facts would not have been a big problem, but they were not helpful at all. I suggest to highlight the fact when it is possible to check-in and out at all, because nobody is in the building before or after these periods. Arriving to the hotel, we tried to call the provided emergency number, they did not understand us. Although we booked a hotel room in Vienna too late and we did not want to spend more money for 1 night, the location was pretty bad. We had too walk min.15-20 minutes to the nearest underground station.

Well designed spaces with nice furnished bedrooms and bathroom. Good warm room in a cold night. Quite good location for who have car. We were with a car and it took us 15 mins to go to the center, and we could park for free in front of the hotel. The neighborhood seems calm and you can find easily facilities around (restaurant, pharmacies, ecc.)

Really weird system. Since we arrived we basically didn't see any staff. Looked like an abandoned place. They left us our keys on the table by the time we arrived. We took them, entered without check in and left,again no check out, without any help from their staff. There's no one in the reception. There is just a phone to call in emergency cases. The cleaning was not flawless. We found dirty walls in the corridors and rooms, making the place look like more abandoned.

Cozy room, clean, comfortable beds. Liked the bathroom layout, to me that's important. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Quiet and peaceful area. Almost no traffic and not much noise. The location isn't bad if you really know your way around and know how to make use transportation very well.

They forgot to take the trash out of the room. The internet didn't work for a day and the hotel staff didn't do anything to try and fix it. After noon there is nothing down stairs, cafeteria, coffee or anything, despite the sign that says there is. Location is quite far from city center and difficult to get to if you're not from the area.

Room was indeed big and clean, shower and toilet inside, cheap machines with water, coffee, beer on the 1th floor. Kitchen with microwave, fridge, basin

But this thing absolutely spoiled the impression of the hotel NOBODY AT THE RECEPTION. neither in the morning, nor in the evening. Being a foreign tourist i had a large amount of questions to the administration - about the reservation and payment (wanted to find out if it was possible to cancel breakfasts as i'd added them by mistake and was not going to attend), some questions about touristic routes, citycard for 3 days (btw, in my room there were booklets offering to buy a citycard at the reception. what for?) etc... to give me a new bulb at last! You never know what questions can arise during the stay in a foreign country, and the first person you usually adress to is the receptionist at your hotel! But i didn't have an opportunity to meet anyone at the reception desk during the whole time of my stay. I can admit, that in the evening there really can be nobody, but when the reception is empty at 11 in the morning, i find it abnormal. After i had pestered out one not very friendly lady from the staff i managed to talk to the hotel owner by phone and after a short discussion he said, that the hotel does not provide 24hours reception and i can stay in Mariott, if i have so many complaints. Doesn't sound very friendly too. I'm convinced, that in a 3* hotel with 40 euros per night i also have the right to decent service. The owner offered to come to the hotel specialy for me during daytime, but did i arrive to Vienna to sit at the hotel waiting for the receptionist to come ? I used to stay at different hotels from 2 to 5 stars, and everywhere there would be somebody to answer questions and give help if needed. So as a result, I HAD TO MAKE A TAXI RESERVATION TO THE AIRPORT AT ANOTHER HOTEL, thanks to the girls on the receptions, who kindly agreed to help me. As conclusion, this hotel may suit for those, who already know everything they need to know about the city and need only a place to stay. But for me it was absolutely inadmissible.

It seems the hotel is closed, there's no lights on the lobby, no one at the reception desk and when you finally find someone, you end up regretting it! Very poor awful breakfast "buffet", cheap and bad quality in the basement the furniture of the breakfast room is cheap and old plastic, some chairs are broken, lampshades are bricklayer helmets tasteless leopard spotted carpet tasteless and cheap paintings on the walls, would be better nothing there is no refrigerator in the room, only one in the "kitchen" for all the guests, it's dirty and stinking there is no hair dryer in the rooms the bathroom floor is very slippery, there isn't anything in the shower that can prevent the water to splash out, so when you take a shower the whole bathroom floor is wet, there is no handgrips. Very dangerous towels are never changed but that's the brightside, I wouldn't complaint about all that or even for the fact that my mother's bathroom stank, neither for the fact that the owner wanted us to pay €100 extra for something we didn't do. I do complaint because my mother and I have been yelled at, insulted, slandered and threatened by the owner of the hotel.

Unfortunately when my mother said her bathroom stank, I didn't take her seriously. One evening, she couldn't open her roomdoor, so I called the owner, he yelled at, insulted me, said my mother's urinated in the shower and threatened me with confiscate my mother's luggage if we don't give him extra€100. I explained him that my mother's a 64 years old descent person who wouldn't do that, but he kept on yelling, insulting, slandering and threatening. After 2 hours he arrived, knock on the door, didn't wait for us to open and entered the room shouting and reeking of alcohol. During the 2 hours of discussion that followed I asked him many times not to insult, not to yell, to talk like civilized people ... in vain! We went to my mother's bathroom and I sadly attested it reeked of sewage, not of urine. "You're a con woman" he said because I had a problem with my card, I explained to him the problem and add that I could pay with another card he went on "you won't con me, I know your kind, if you won't pay me extra€100 I'll report you to the police". I wanted to pay the extra€100, but my mother didn't, she said "it was me who slept in a stinking room, I won't pay €100extra for it, he can call the police". When I told him what we decided, he calmed down, decided give my mother another room and not to call the police. My mother wanted to go to another hotel but I persuade her to stay because I didn't want me and my 64 years old mother go around a city I don't know searching for rooms at midnight. Creepiest, most horrifying experience ever! It totally ruined our trip!

Fantastic value for money. Clean and modern. Owner very apologetic about a booking problem. Breakfast was a good continental buffet.Room cleaned daily.

Problem with booking so arrival was not expected and since reception was not manned after 9p.M. could not check-in until the following afternoon.Owner suggested this was a problem with Booking.com not having sent him a confirmation fax Weather was unusually hot and room had no air-conditioning and with windows open it was noisy at night. A room at the rear of the hotel would have been better.

Perfect price, clean room.

There was no breakfast although included in the price. Hotel staff was hard to find.

Preis/Leistung ist absolut top. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus & Bim) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der hauseigene Parkplatz ist nur klein, öffentliche Parkplätze sind aber in dieser Gegend vorhanden und gratis.

Großartigen Komfort darf man sich nicht erwarten. Der Frühstücksraum ist z,B, im Keller. Aber alle Leistungen sind absolut in Ordnung, noch dazu zu diesem Preis.

Ligger absolut ikke centralt.
