the staff were friendly we had a tiny attic room, my husband could not stand up in most parts of the room cos the ceiling was too low, me and my husband could not stand up in the shower the ceiling was too low. the pillows were uncomfortable. we asked to change rooms and they said they had no more rooms free. we paid 130 euros each for a new years eve gala and the food portions were tiny, we were still hungry afterwards, the meal finished at 22:30 and they did not do anything after this. we expected some entertainment until midnight but we were left sitting at our table. all they had was a violinist and a piano player playing music but no entertainment. everyone was disappointed and left early! we paid alot of money and it ruined our new years eve. |

the walking distance to the city center, quiet and clean, friendly staff the way to reach the reception from the street. it is difficult with luggage. |

Not too much. The first room allocated was very tiny, it was a very small twin, we would have problems to open our lugguages. To my complaint we have had a junior suite (free upgrade) which was nice, correct and large enough. But, this very room was facing a wall at 2 m distance from the windows. Nothing is perfect. |

エアコンは、十分に部屋を暖めないだけでなく、音がうるさくて寝ている間は切らざるを得なかった。風呂のお- 湯も、熱いお湯が十分に出なかった。部屋の鍵も故障していて、部屋に入るのを待たされた。 |

Risulta degna di nota la posizione assolutamente centrale e facilmente raggiungibile da chi, giungendo con mezzi pubblici, voglia dirigersi direttamente in albergo in maniera autonoma (metro U3 nelle immediate vicinanze) La colazione non compresa che non è giustificata dall'alto costo della camera |

Wij kregen een leuk kamertje boven - de receptioniste zei omdat wij een speciaal arrangement hadden geboekt. Ik wist van niets, ik heb gewoon via Booking.com geboekt, maar het kon eigenlijk niet beter, wij hadden ons JackRussell bij ons, prima plek voor ons drieen. |

ホテルの雰囲気が非常に良い。昼前からは、ホテルの中庭？の小道にカフェができる。地図でみると地下鉄の駅- まで若干ありそうな感じがするが、実際は２分ほどでU1がある。 ホテルの端から端まで２００メートルくらいあります・・・・私は一番遠い大通り沿いの部屋ですごく遠かった- ですが、窓には沢山の花があり、外の景色や部屋の大きさも他の部屋よりよかった。 |
