Il fatto che la prima colazione fosse esclusa dal prezzo, il fatto che le camere fossero ben diverse da quelle mostrate in foto al momento della prenotazione, il terribile cattivo odore delle stanze.

La posizione vicina alla metropolitana ,il gradevole aspetto degli ambienti,caldi e accoglienti

Il letto matrimoniale ha un lato addossato alla parete.Il bagno ,seppur tenuto in ordine ed efficienza denota una certa vetusta'

An elegant hotel close to the tram and the metro. Facilities, room, staff, breakfast were all very good.

Staff were very friendly.

Room was a little tired and there was a lot of noise on the first night we stayed at the hotel.

Convenient location, within walking distance to Metro, can reach city centre within 10 mins. Near cat, easy to travel to and from airport.

The shower kept leaking despite we have asked the staff to fix it repeatedly. When we left the hotel, it was raining heavily and the front desk staff refused to lend us an umbrella as we need to walk down a cobblestone passage in order to reach our cab from the hotel. P.S. You need to talk down the open-aired cobblestone passage within the hotel complex in order to reach the reception area.

Very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable, just like seen on the pictures. Breakfast expensive - 17 eur - but many bakeries nearby. Fully recommend this hotel.

This hotel is amazing!!! The staff make you feel like you are a vip, the rooms are huge, clean, and they have the most comfortable beds I have ever felt in a hotel. The location is great, walking distance to public transport and the center city. The ambiance was incredible. They seemed to be booked up. The bar was busy and the resturant filled at every occasion, but never did I have to wait for a seat or service. It seemed like this was the place to be. Would recommend this hotel to any traveler to the Vienna area. Another remark about the staff: excellent!!

Expensive breakfast, but it looked very, very good. After a couple days, realized everything in Vienna is expensive. Lol

room location - we had to walk through 3-4 corridors and stairs, also garage was a bit far, but we are young and had no problems walking

We paid 15 eur per day to park our car in the hotel private parking.

The original single room, you feel like visiting a friend. Located near the train station where trains arrive from the airport - Airport Expres (16 min)

Socket in my room for a computer was at one end of the room, and cable for the internet - to another. Very uncomfortable

Prachtige plek, aan een smalle steeg met binnentuin. Ontbijten buiten echt prima! Personeel bij check-in bijzonder attent en vriendelijk. Twee pc's met printer voor het inchecken erg handig.

De kamers waren erg warm, airco leek het niet te doen. Gelukkig wel veel ramen voor buitenlucht. Bij het ontbijt ontstond discussie tussen keukenpersoneel of bepaalde voeding wel dieetvoeding was. De manager klaarde het op met een zeer duidelijk antwoord.
