tranquil, possibilitat de consultar internet == quiet location, internet access Una mica apartat del centre, pero a 300m del tramvia (frequent, cada 10 minuts). L'entrada del carrer no es a nivell (si vens carregat es nota). Bany massa disseny: pica de lavabo poc practica, porta corredissa de vidre poc intima. |

Our room was not available until 4 pm because of cleaning. Had to ask for it! But the next morning the cleaning lady was knocking on our door at 10 am! |

The Tram is close tyo the hotel, you can go to the city center in 5 minutes. The room is too small, the bathroom is too close to the beds. You can ear you neighbour. The Flat tv is small and bad quality. Not a nice location, too far from the city center by foot. The reception is not nice looking |

Very nice staff and very clean rooms. Not the hotel in particular, what I do not understand is why it is rated as a four star hotel? I stayed at Sercotel San Juan de los Reyes in January which is also rated as 4 stars and Binders certainly does not fit that standard. |

The rooms are furnished with modern furnitures and fittings. Friendly stuff and clean room The space between wardrobe and bed is not sufficient to open the door. The shower door is modern fit but inefficient to stop water being sprayed across the bathroom |

It was a very clean hotel with excellent staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Innsbruck. It is clean, the staff is very good, friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us with information while visiting Innsbruck. |

It is located in such a way that from every window we can see snow covered mountains too cramped for a double bed . Movement around is difficult |

Everything we needed was available, snowboard and skiboots storage, easy parking and free internet use in bar. Excellent english speaking staff. our room had no bath, however we did have a shower. Also there is a jacuzzi at the hotel. |

The room was basically fine Bathroom is daft - big glass sliding door offers poor privacy, the wetroom design means there is standing water on the floor and the light uses a sensor switch mounted on the bathroom ceiling which means that if you need to get up in the night you illuminate the whole bedroom. There is no separate heating control from the bathroom which means that we found it cold. No lounge as such. |

Hotel was close to the city and ski areas. Food was not easy to find. The hotel was very nosiy, the walls were very thin. the tolet was very very small..The hotel also needs some updating reagrds decor.Would not stay there again. |

Probably the most outstanding item was the help given by the staff. On the another hand I was not too impressed by condition,size,etc..of the so called wellness/Spa I have mentioned above, also I thought the prices at the bar were rather higher compared to the prices on bars around the town |

The bar downstairs was a good place to meet some other English speaking travellers. In my room, the TV had two English speaking cable channels which was great. The hotel is located east of the city and although it has good access to public transport, the street in which it is located was quite dark when returning later in the evening - as a solo female traveller I was conscious of this from a safety perspective. |
