Good staff Nice atmosphere
it is a shame that hotels do not understand that the main reason to come is spending the night. The bed theregire is the most important item. This hotel let you sleep on a wooden plate with on top of that a cheap foam plate. It should be forbidden to call that a bed. I hat the most terrible night ever!!!!!
The Comfortable Room, The Bed Breakfast was very good and plentiful
The Shower could have been more powerful. The receptionist although not rude could do with a course in how to greet customers
Affordable Innsbruck is beautiful.
Bedroom and lack of wifi
staff little bit unfriendly
excellent location, easy to find a parking place. The staff was very polite, great breakfast but the positive surprise is the toilet: modern, spacious and comfortable!
good for a very short stay of 1 or 2 days
the town is to small
The room was very clean. Friendly staff. Convenient parking lot. Decent breakfast. Has an open terrace with cosy chairs.
Quite far from the old city.
It was easy to find this hotel and parking was available on the street in front.
Its a 30 min walk to the old city or 10 min tram ride. The walls were very thin so I could hear everyone else in their rooms. The lobby and hallways smelled from cigarette smoke.
Great location, great staff.
Bathroom separated only by glass does not provide so much privacy.
Great breakfast. Modern rooms. Nice staff.
Location and mountain view was fantastic with the functional balcony.
Safe did not work
The breakfast was ample. Staff friendly. Room nice.
Leaky faucet in bathroom. Room seemed a bit 'Used' looking. If you are going to Congress- be prepared for an 8 Euro cab fare. Taxis were very prompt!
Fantastic staff. Appreciated being able to bring dogs.
Room was a little bit small for 2 persons plus 2 dogs. Very basic breakfast overpriced at € 9.
The hotel is a bit outside of the main street, you can hear some cars but it isn't annoying at all. The staff was friendly and helpful with every problem we had. The room was very clean and especially the bathroom was well designed. We could sleep very well in our beds. WiFi is free and fast! Although the signal on the 2nd floor was not the best.
The only problem we encountered was, that the walls are very thin. So you can hear what the neighbours are saying or doing.
Old fashioned hotel slightly distant from the city center. I stayed for 2 days and the cleaning ladies didn´t appeared to clean. Not very recommendanble. The best was the attention provided by spanish personnel at the reception desk.
Close enough to the city, parking not an issue over the weekend. Breakfast good enough for €9. Budget room with a view, modern, good size and very clean.
No door or partition wall to the bathroom is a bit of a privacy issue. The bed was a waterbed! (Not sure if this is plus or minus for you) This should have been mentioned in the description of the room...
Clean Good wifi Cozy room and bed
A bit far from the old town.
The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and questions that we asked. The breakfast was very high quality and great value for the price, there is also a lovely outside seating area to eat or have drinks which is peaceful. The room was designed very well, loved the bathroom. We also had an unexpected balcony in our double room with the most amazing views of the mountains. The Wifi signal was strong and there were plenty of tv channels for entertainment if required.
The views were great, the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean
The breakfast was overpriced, the wifi did not work in our room, the location is a bit far
Parking it's not a problem
It's a little bit old and not quite close from old town
Room is clean and quiet.
Hair dryer broken and bathroom sink tap linking.
Location in Pradl. Easy access from A12 autobahn. 30 minute walk to Altstadt. Air-con in some rooms.
Parking can be difficult. Final invoice did not match price quoted by booking.com (OK, the price charged was only a few euro more than expected but this was annoying all the same) Difference was not due to taxes - all taxes were as quoted.
We manage to get a really good deal. Much cheaper than booking with the hotel directly. The room was tiny but had all we needed. And the breakfast was really good value, for only 9EUR extra you have a really good breakfast buffet. Continental + sausages, scrambled egg, etc. The hotel was also close to the city center. About 20 min walk. Also close to supermarket and a bank.
It was so hot in the room and we couldn't get it cooled down even with the windows open.
Very friendly receptionists.
No airconditioning. Room so tiny we had to open the case on the bed. Very old and run down. Poor lighting in room. Tiny bed. Only one young student working by herself from 7pm to 7am. Having to do too much for one person.
The bathroom door is made out of glass and doesn't sheal when you close it so there is not much privacy
