Room size is large , Breakfast is nice , Quit location and the staff is perfect

Transparent glass walls for the shower room is not a good idea for a family

We loved our room with some view on the mountains. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we need. The breakfast was huge and tasty.

Although we stayed for 2nights, nobody cleaned our room.

Staff is very friendly, room was very clean, breakfast was plentiful and tasty, easy access to public transport, ( train station and airport), no more than 20 minutes walk to historical city center of Innsbruck

room was very small and there was not much space especially when hauling ski equipment

All of it, but particularly the breakfasts - which apart from a very wide range of "normal" continental fare, include scrambled eggs,bacon. and sausages!

Beds too many small! For two persons there is a three-quarter bed. For one night it is bearable, but quite not for many nights

Not good outside winter. Far from city center, expensive, poor service, very small rooms, very poor value for money, broken sink, clogged shower, unfriendly staff.

Pretty good hotel rooms were spacious though the double rooms were really small.

Our room was clean and modern and in a good location. The price was good and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel is a distant from the main train station - about 20 min walk.

we had booked a double room for the 3 of us (2 adults with a 2 yr old kid). The hotel staff talked us into upgrading to a bigger room for 10 euros extra but later on charged 20 euros saying it was 10 euro per person. nowhere did they mention that the upgrade cost would be charged per person. Was a bit disappointed with their behaviour.

Hotel posto nella periferia di Innsbruck e a 5 min. Dall'uscita dell'autostrada, ma in circa 15 min. A piedi si poteva tranquillamente raggiungere il centro. Per chi non vuole camminare nelle vicinanze c'è la fermata del tram n° 3 che porta proprio al centro. Colazione non molto varia, ma senza limitazioni e buon caffè. Camera confortevole e in ottimo stato. Dal rubinetto usciva acqua potabile e la cosa era segnalata tramite avviso del municipio di Innsbruck attaccato sopra il lavabo. Una nota piccola va fatta per il parcheggio pubblico auto, che era disponibile in abbondanza, ma a pagamento se si superavano le tre ore. Alla reception ci hanno dato un disco orario, ma visto che noi eravamo fuori tutta la giornata e non avremmo potuto aggiornare l'orario ogni tre ore, gli addetti della reception si sono resi disponibili a farlo per noi. In effetti sono stati molto gentili e quindi questo non ha pesato sul nostro soggiorno.
