Probably the most outstanding item was the help given by the staff. On the another hand I was not too impressed by condition,size,etc..of the so called wellness/Spa I have mentioned above, also I thought the prices at the bar were rather higher compared to the prices on bars around the town |

The bar downstairs was a good place to meet some other English speaking travellers. In my room, the TV had two English speaking cable channels which was great. The hotel is located east of the city and although it has good access to public transport, the street in which it is located was quite dark when returning later in the evening - as a solo female traveller I was conscious of this from a safety perspective. |

Design of the Hotel was very nice, new rooms with LCD TV and lots of Windows Breakfast not included. |

Nice room and bathroom, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful It was annoying that the breakfast waiter kept answering me in English when I was trying to practice my German |

The room was very modern and had a nice balcony. Staff are not very welcoming if you arrive before the 2pm check in. The bathroom sensor light switches on in the middle of the night for no reason. |

The staff were very helpful and the bedroom was excellent. The pillows on the beds were very soft, but this is personal taste. |
