Surrounded by 20 hectares of meadows and pastures, this renovated, 15th-century farmhouse offers panoramic views of the area around the Großglockner Mountain.

The Bio-GesundheitsFarm offers individual wellness treatments and massages with aroma oils. The apartment has a balcony, a terrace with a whirlpool, and a winter garden.

The garden features a natural swimming pond with sunbathing lawn, an herbal garden, and a horse paddock. There is also a relaxation area with an infrared cabin.

A cross-country ski run is right to the Bio-Gesundheitsfarm. The Zell am See-Kaprun, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang ski areas are close by. A cross country ski track is next to the property.
