The Alpenrose is small but beautiful. The hotel is located high on a sunny plateau above Lake Millstätter See in Carinthia, in a healing climate at an altitude of 900 metres. The peaceful surroundings and the crystal clear air allow you to sleep and dream blissfully with open windows. Nestled above the quaint village of Obermillstatt and surrounded by flowering meadows and mountains, you can sit outside on our sun-soaked terrace. The views of Lake Millstätter See that spread out below are amazing.
Our ¾ Wellness Board includes a welcome fruit cocktail, excellent breakfast buffet, lunch including a salad and soup from the buffet, a supper menu of your choice with salad buffet and fruit in room. It also includes a sauna basket with bath robe, Bathing Paradise with Gem stone Sauna, heated outdoor swimming pool and fruit and snacks.
Our rooms have a shower or bath, toilet and a balcony. Most of our rooms have a view to the Lake Millstätter See. The rooms are equipped with wooden furniture in a nice style.
Nestled in between the mountains of Nockberge National Park and the Millstätter Alpe mountain range with the mountains Tschiernock, Goldeck and Mirnock is Lake Millstätter See. Enjoy all kinds of water sports and explore the untouched southern lakeside by boat or surfboard. You can also enjoy diving and water skiing.
