Just a 3-minute walk from Bad Hofgastein’s centre, this 4-star superior hotel offers a large wellness area and rooms with free Wi-Fi. The award-winning restaurant serves Austrian specialties and international dishes. Within a 5-minute drive, you can reach the Amadé Ski Area. The hotel was very smart, excellent facilities and location. The owner and the manager were exceptionally helpful and lovely. Such a beautiful place, we would highly recommend it. It was hard to get a smile from any of the staff, very wooden. That is the only thing I would change about the place.

Alles war wunderschön. Das Essen hat absolutes Top-Niveau und hält dem Vergleich mit einer Haubenküche stand. Besonders stimmungsvoll kann man sich in der Weellnesslandschaft mit den vier Thermalpools erholen. Traumhaft, die zwei Außenpools, die das Schwimmen im Schnee ermöglichen. Eine tolle neue Kosmetikabteilung und der romantische Abend mit Livemusik an der Bar lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel. Das Hotel wird sehr persönlich von der Besitzerfamilie geführt - man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig neben dem Kurpark und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum Bad Hofgastein. Da für Familien mit Kindern ein eigener Innen- und Außenpool zur Verfügung steht, kann man auch als Paar ohne Kinder im separaten Innen- und Außenpool herrlich entspannen. Auch die Wellness-Anlage läßt keine Wünsche offen. Hier wurde wirklich an Alles gedacht. Das Abendessen im Restaurant wird jeden Abend zum Erlebnis und ist "Haubenverdächtig". In diesem Hotel passt wirklich alles - eigentlich müsste es ein Fünf-Sterne Hotel sein. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Hier gibt es nichts was nicht gefällt!!

Wir waren, aufgrund einer Empfehlung im Hotel Bismarck. Das Hotel macht grundsätzlich einen guten Eindruck. Teile des Drei-Haus-Hotels sind auf dem neuesten Stand der Zeit und strahlen viel Komfort sowie Gemütlichkeit aus. Das Hotelpersonal ist durchwegs sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Toll fanden wir auch, dass uns für die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthaltes ein Tisch zugewiesen wurde. Ebenso die schöne Wellnesslandschaft und die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel. Wir waren im Haus 3 "Schlössl" untergebracht, das durch einem unterirdischen Gang mit dem Haupthaus verbunden war. Man merkt, dass das Hotel immer wieder erweitert wurde, denn es ist sehr verwinkelt, viele Türen und Stufen - man benötigt eine gewisse Zeit, um sich zurecht zu finden. Das Schlössl hat die besten Jahre hinter sich und eine Adaptierung, ähnlich dem Haupthaus, würde der Dependance gut tun. Am meisten hat uns gestört, dass die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer derart durchgelegen waren, dass wir überlegt haben, im Wohnzimmer zu schlafen. Eines ****Hotels eindeutig nicht würdig - einer Suite schon gar nicht.

Questa struttura alberghiera è un condensato di perfezione difficile chiedere di più non ho trovato problematiche di nessun tipo.La cortesia regna come la pulizia e la professionalità.Da sottolineare anche l'eccellente cucina internazionale fatta di ottimi piatti.In conclusione niente è lasciato al caso per la gioia dei clienti.Ottima esperienza ci tornerò

Хороший отель с термальными бассейнами. Прекрасный вид. Все семьи, даже с взрослыми детьми, едят в отдельном зале, без вида. Однообразная еда для такого уровня отеля, за исключением блюд на заказ. В некоторых номерах ванная с допотопной неудобной ширмой.

Besonders erwähnenswert sind: -super gute Küche, -toll, die 4 Thermal- Schwimmbäder, davon die beiden Außenbecken mit 33°c - bei jedem Wetter -traumhafte und großzügige Wellness-Anlage mit mehreren Saunen -große schöne Zimmer -sehr aufmerksame Bedienung und super nettes Hotel Team -persönlich und von allen Mitarbeitern liebevoll geführtes Haus -im neuen alpinen Zeitgeist frisch gestaltete Bar und Lounge mit hervorragender Stimmung am Abend ...... Alles in Allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, der nach Wiederholung strebt... Freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.. :) im Schnee

Familie Wendler und die Mitarbeiter waren überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Unser Geburtstagskind wurde mit einer kleinen Torte und einem Geburtstagsständchen überrascht. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde(n) uns von einer Mitarbeiterin das Hotel/die Möglichkeiten im Haus erklärt und auch gezeigt.

Das Hotel hat eine ideale Lage um ins Ortszentrum zu laufen; netter Park, bummeln, Kaffee trinken. Der besondere Reiz des Hotels sind die 4 Thermalschwimmbäder, zwei davon im Freien mit 33 °C - kann man bei jedem Wetter nutzen -ein Traum! Ideal die eigene Familien-Therme für Familien mit Kindern, als Erwachsener kann man sich in die weitere Ruhe-Therme zurückziehen. Die Wellnessanlage mit den vielen Saunen ist sehr schön und abwechslungsreich. Die Küche ist hervorragend und bietet jeden Tag neue Leckereien. Die verschiedenen "Stuben" sind sehr schön eingerichtet und nicht zu groß. Die neue, moderne Bar ist sehr gemütlich und hat excellente Cocktails! Sehr schönes Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten!
