Spa is not good because all of things are personal massage room. I think there is not good to use spa. So I stayed only my room. The food is not good. I don't want to recommand.

Beautiful and design hotel and amazing spa center with thermal water. The food is very good and light and rooms are big and with a high comfort level. Perfect position for people looking for a relaxing time. Anyway easy and quick to reach Villach and Klagenfurt for a city walk. Staff very superficial during the breakfast.

storia del paese delle sue miniere zona tranquilla e non affollata, spa dell'hotel buona. nella spa dell'albergo manca musica relax, migliorabile qualità ristorazione, estetica albergo (le parti in legno vanno manutentate) un restiling alla pari con gli altri hotels sarebbe opportuno.

Oberkellner Bruno sehr freundlich; nettes Ambiente im Stueberl. Gute Kueche. Aussenbecken und spezieller Ruheraum wunderbar. Sehr freundlich im SPA Bereich und guter Trainer (Roland). Allgemein war das Hotel sehr ruhig und die Zimmer gross und schoen. Der Hotel-Manager hat nicht existiert. In einem 4SterneHotel will man den Direktor treffen!!! Beim Fruehstuecks-Service sind viele junge Kellner dumm und ohne Konzept herumgewandelt. Infrarot Sauna war defekt (Farbeinstellung). Ein Yoga-Programm/Streck Programm fehlt Keine Seife beim Bidet. Aschenbecher schmutzig am Balkon - wir sind Nichtraucher. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht - vielleicht nur fuer Gruppen

..... nella giornata di domenica siamo rimasti alle terme pagando un piccolo sovrapprezzo, e qui nessun problema ... Lasciando i bagagli in hotel ci hanno riservato uno sgabuzzino .... ma abbiamo dovuto cambiarci (per ripartire) all'interno dello sgabuzzino .... Mah ... nn c'era uno spogliatoio come tutti gli hotel terme del mondo??? Per il resto ottimo!

Das Essen war sehr gut!! Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich Wellnessbereich macht eher den Eindruck eines öffentlichen Schwimmbades, als den eines Wellnesshotels. Temperatur im Saunabereich zu kalt, viel zu wenig Garderobehaken im Saunabereich - Aussenbereich, Badeteich und Aussenpool unbeleuchtet

La tranquillità ed il silenzio. Molto valida l'idea di non ammettere minori di anni 14 in certi periodi. Ideale per il relax. Il livello della cucina è mediocre. il servizio in sala non è adeguato alla categoria dell'hotel. Colazione negli standard e poco originale.

Die Gartenanlage mit dem Biotop ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Wellnessbereich sauber und ausreichende Ausstattung.Wirkte auch bei mehreren Gästen nie überfüllt. Dass es zum Bademantel und Badeschuhen auch eine Tasche zur Benutzung gab. Saunatücher können auf Anfrage kostenlos gewechselt werden. Schöne Auswahl beim Frühstücks- und Salatbuffet. Frühstück bis 10.30h - angenehme Zeit. Service beim Abendessen angenehm, weil die Gänge in angenehmen Zeitabständen serviert wurden. Ambiente und Personal an der Bar. Personal insgesamt freundlich. Piano abends hätte nach dem Abendessen beginnen und dafür länger andauern können. Wasser im Thermalbecken könnte noch etwas wärmer sein.

Innenausstattung, Essen Service beim Essen; Kellnerin: "Kann ich Euch schon was bringen" oder "Bei Euch alles in Ordnung" Der Bleiberger Hof ist mittlerweile weit weg davon was er einmal war! Man wird in einem Höllentempo durch das Abendessen gehetzt.

Per essere sincero non mi è piaciuto niente , facendo confronto con altri hotels in austria per relax e terme non vi è paragone con altri posti da me frequentati. Non mi è piaciuto anzi molto male le seguenti cose: il mangiare pessimo, il dormire pessimo pioveva le grondaie perdevano e gogge facevano rumore sul tetto in lamiera,zona termale con la compagnia di un topo, zona termale senza un minimo di musica rilassante .

Il Silenzio, La colazione e la cena La mancanza di animazione,alla sera dopo cena solo una piccola passeggiata intorno all'albergo, in un paese vuoto. L'unica salvezza era una passeggiata a Villach
