Excellent food, comfortable rooms and great service. The hotel is located app. 4 miles from downtown Salzburg, easy to reach by car or bus. Some rooms have wonderful views iof mountains,

The hotel staff was very friendly. We ate dinner in the restaurant and couldn't figure out why there weren't more people there. The Chef is creative and the prices were excellent. The view out of our window of the Alps was breathtaking. I recommend Bloberger Hof highly.

Everything. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful with travelling into and around Salzburg. The room was large and beautifully appointed. The bed was the best we have come across in 6 weeks travelling Europe. We also ate at their restaurant which was veryk reasonably priced and the food excellent. Parking and WiFi were bonuses. Travelling into Salzburg by bus was very easy as the stop was just around the corner. Convenient to drive to the Red Bull Hangar 7. This has been the best hotel we have stayed at on our trip. We were advised to buy the Salzburg pass by the owners. Great advice as we certainly gained great value. A great city and a great hotel. 10 out of 10

I've been at this hotel with my wife, mother and niece and was very pleased with the service and friendliness of the clerks. It is a simple but comfortable hotel. After leaving the hotel we realized that my niece forgot a ring of diamonds and rubies in the hotel room, arriving in another town emailed the hotel for reporting the incident. On the same day they said they found the ring and sent it to my address in Brazil. They are honest, friendly and helpful.

Everything in this hotel is more that only nice!! Very nice country- side design,very clean,very comfortable.Nice staff!!I'm totally in love with this Hotel!! Good breakfast,very testy bread!!

Relaxed, well run, spotlessly clean, comfortable, good value, easy access

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The history of the hotel and the family who runs it, are interesting and it was a pleasure to have the family members all around, including a small child. It's clear there has been a lot of care and love put into every detail of the hotel. The spaciousness of the room can't be beat - we even had a separate bedroom, with another large bed in the living room. There was good wifi.

The location was inconvenient. I thought I would have a car when I made the booking, but decided not to get a car due to the weather, so we had to bus into the city every day. I think next time I would rather get a hotel in the city center to avoid the daily bus ride.... just because our time was extremely limited.

This is a fantastic hotel. The family that runs the hotel goes out of their way to make you confortable. Best value of all hotels we have stayed in as we travel through central erope. The breakfast is fantastic

The staff are great! The hotel is very clean and Austrian style of the room is very romantic and cosy. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable and the location was great - no more then 10 - 15 mins in the bus to the city centre. The view of the mountains was great!

Alpine chalet at the foot of the Untersberg mountain on the outskirts of Salzburg. Comfortable family run hotel, decent breakfast, stunning views and quiet location with a choice of restaurants offering straightforward home cooking nearby. Room sizes vary and the single room although small does provide a double bed.

Prices are a little high for a 2* quality hotel and the hotel restaurant was closed on a recent visit.

The service was excellent and rooms were spacious. Real value for money and it is hardly 15 mins drive by car to the city center.

On keeping the windows open in the morning by the house keeping staff, some flies and bugs do tend to come inside and remain inside in the evening.

Very friendly hosts,cater for your every need,the hotel is very clean and the rooms were nicely presented,excellent buffet breakfast,nice variety of choices and evening meals. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop, hop on the 21 bus which takes you to the city centre. It cost us 2 euros 10 to town single. Take advantage and grab a Salzburg card you can hop on and off the buses to suit that also gives you one time free admission to many attractions including the cable car upto Untersberg mountain. We had a lovely stay here and would recommend and will return for another stay.
