L'ubicazione era eccellente, in pochi minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il centro città ed è a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria nonché dalla fermata principale di bus e tram.

La pulizia era carente e la mancanza di parcheggio convenzionato con la struttura ha creato un bel po' di problemi. Bisogna per forza parcheggiare nel parcheggio della stazione se non si vogliono fare chilometri a piedi con i bagagli.

La posizione è ottima, a pochi metri dalla stazione dei treni(noi ogni mattina prendevamo un treno diverso, siamo arrivati addirittura in Germania) la vista dalla finestra era spettacolare, stanza spaziosa per due persone e contava con tutti I servizi (cucina con padelle, pentole piatti etc) Bagno ottimo con asciuga capelli etc. The location is great, just a few meters from the train station (we each morning we took a different train, we arrived even in Germany), the view from the window was spectacular, spacious room for two people and had with all facilities (kitchen with pans, pans dishes etc) Bathroom excellent with hair dryer etc. La ubicación es fantástica, a sólo unos metros de la estación de de trenes ( cada mañana tomamos un tren diferente, llegamos incluso en Alemania), la vista desde la ventana era espectacular sala, espaciosa para dos personas y tenía todas las instalaciones (cocina con ollas, sartenes platos, etc) Cuarto de baño excelente con secador de pelo, etc

Non esiste una reception e lo "staff" parla solo tedesco. Bisogna pagare una tassa aggiuntiva dopo il terzo giorno. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è ottimo. There is no reception and the "staff" speak ONLY German. You have to pay an additional fee after the third day. the value is not great. No hay recepción y el "staff" sólo hablan alemán. Se  paga una tasa adicional después del tercer día. el valor no es muy combeniente.

l'ubicazione e' ottima, vicinissima alla stazione centrale quindi ottima per chi viaggia in treno, altrettanto vicina alle principali attrattive della citta', che sono raggiungibili a piedi

Purtroppo la stanza non aveva le lenzuola e abbiamo dovuto dormire sul coprimaterasso dove c erano capelli di non so chi... Il bagno era un po sporco piu che altro c era polvere sia intorno al lavandino che sui porta asciugamani e il parcheggio interno era un po troppo costoso 15 euro al giorno!!!

La struttura è particolarmente comoda da raggiungere arrivando alla stazione ferroviaria dal momento che vi si trova proprio di fronte, inoltre è a due passi dal centro. E' presente anche un fornitissimo supermercato proprio all'intero della stazione ferroviaria, al piano interrato. Inoltre davanti alla stazione fermano anche molti autobus

La struttura è particolarmente sporca al punto che tra le coperte circolavano tranquilli innumerevoli acari che mi hanno lasciato parecchie tumefazioni rosse e prurigginose su braccia e gambe al punto da dover ricorrere ad uno specialista dermatologo. L'inviato dalla reception (dato che il check-in non è fattibile nella stessa struttura) non parla altro che romeno (nemmeno inglese!!!) e non è di nessun aiuto per qualunque richiesta. La zona sottostante lo stabile è popolata da personaggi poco raccomandabili che bivaccano sul marciapiede fino a notte inoltrata (incentivati dal centro scommesse aperto proprio lì)

It is near the train station and the city center.

Nothing, it was the scariest place we stayed in all Europe.We layed awake most of the night wondering if men in Balaclavas were going to burst in and kidnap us.

No reception, we finally got access into the building and found a cleaner, who at the time could not speak english. walked the town to find a phone, rrrr then had to go back to the boarding houes to then pay 80 euro the cleaner whom then spoke a little Engish.

It doesnt have reception at all houses.

Location was our main concern as it needed to be close to the main railway station. The cost was surprisingly low as the rooms were self-contained studios which would suit anyone who was staying for a longer period.

Excellent location in the centre of town and close to the railway station. The apartment was roomy, linen clean, a very nice, comfortable place to be - it's just that getting into it in the first place is a challenge.

There is no reception in the building. You have to go round the back of the building and somehow 'phone an advertised number and someone will come, eventually, to show you in, give you the door codes etc. I had to enlist help from the Betting Shop in front of the building, on the ground floor. In my case this took over an hour, since the number to ring simply went onto a recorded message. People more practised in this sort of remote, automated 'management/reception' may be less uncomfortable with this than I am. I stress, the facilities for the price are very good but I didn't like the anonymous nature of the 'Boarding House'.

Anfangs konnte ich das Boardinghouse gar nicht finden, schließlich wurden mir die 2 Zimmer übergeben. Das meiner Freundin extrem übelriechend aus einer Mischung von kalter Asche, Desinfektionsmittel und anderen undefinierbaren Gerüchen.Beide Zimmer mit Blick auf den extrem lauten Bahnhofsvorplatz, fast undenkbar nur ein Gespräch bei offenem Fenster zu führen. Abends konnten wir dann die Straßenkriminalität Innsbrucks live aus dem Fenster beobachten und bekamen die offensichtlich gleichzeitige Verwendung als Stundenhotel live mit.Abends allein dort einzutreffen flöst einem Furcht ein.Die Ausstattung nach dem Zufallsprinzip: ich hatte keinen Seifenspender, meine Freundin dafür keinen Duschvorhang, etc. . Sicherlich nie wieder Boardinghouse, nichtsdestotrotz eine lebenslange Erinnerung .....

В апартаментах, предоставленных нам на троих, было 8 полноценных спальных мест, т.е 4 двуспальные кровати. Это не считая двух диванов. Хотя наверняка цена на 8 человек отличается от цены за этот же номер на троих. От центра совсем недалеко. Номер запирается кодовым замком, четырехзначным кодом. Ключи не потеряете точно :)

Ресепшен находится очень далеко от самих апартаментов. Апартаменты - как написали выше - квартирки, довольно убитые. И использовавшиеся ранее явно не как жилое помещение. Например, в туалете мы обнаружили аж два крючка для сумки. (?) Мебель старая, садиться на диваны неприятно. Соседство со спортбаром - очень неприятно было слушать орущих под окнами нетрезвых людей. Возвращаться мимо них в номер тоже. Обратите внимание на близость вокзала! Соответственно присутствуют и все минусы привокзальной площади.

Genialer Ausblick auf die Olympiaschanze und Berge. Direkt vor der Tür Zentralhaltestelle und Hauptbahnhof. Außerdem bis zur Altstadt in knapp 10 min zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich vor der Tür.

Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber. Badewanne nicht zum reinlegen geeignet, da sie vergilbt und unrein war. Keine funktionstüchtige Abzugsanlage im Bad. Entlüftung erfolgt durch Aufenthaltsraum.

Это не отель, а квартирки-студии со входом их общего коридора. Приехав к входу надо позвонить по указанному там номеру телефона (английский понимают), приедет человек, поселит, и даст карточку, где указаны два пароля: для домофона входной двери дома и для кодового замка номера. В номере есть плита, но мы не готовили. Хотя везде написано, чтобы в номерах не курили, всё равно от кроватей воняло застарелым куревом. Место довольно мрачное.

Der Gestank im Zimmer und Flur war unerträglich sodass wir einen Tag früher abgereist sind. Ausserdem waren keine Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sodass wir ca 40,-€ an Parkgebühren in 2Tagen gezahlt haben und das Gepäck mehrere 100meter schleppen mussten!

Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort.Ich brauchte Toilettenpapier! Sehr laut ,nachts Fenster öffnen war nicht möglich. Teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels/service Aufgeschlagenen Reinigungskosten ab 4.Übernachtung. Wir nach 3 Übernachtungen nicht genauso sauber gemacht?

Nichts...es ist eine echte Ruiene und eher gefährlich...

Erst hätten wir es fast nicht gefunden und als wir es gefunden haben, hat uns ein Mitarbeiter die Code`s für Eingangtür und Haustür gegeben. Natürlich haben die nicht funktioniert. Nach mehreren Veruchen - habe ich dann die Nummer gewählt, wo eine Dame abgehoben hat und meinte ob ich die Nummer richtig eingegeben habe - dann hat Sie gemeind Sie schickt einen. Nach ca. 20 Minuten warten, ist dann jemand gekommen. In den 20 Minuten habe ich dann richtig mitgekommen, das hier abgeht. Vom Stunden-Hotel bis zu irgendwelchen Leuten, die Ihre Miete nicht bezahlen und dann vielleicht keinen Code mehr bekommen...der Geruch eine Mischung aus Kaltenrauch und Altenheim... Nun der Code wurde von dem Mitarbeiten eingegeben und mir offenbarte sich das ganze Übel...nach Frage, ob die Zimmer alle so ausschauen: Hieß es " Wenn es mir nicht passt, kann ich ja ein anderes Hotel nehmen und der Betrag wird trotzdem von der Kreditkarte abgebucht".. Ich war schon spät zu meinen nächsten Termin (Lokal-Eröffnung) und dachte mir ist, ja nur für ein paar Stunden. Die Dusche bzw. Badewanne und auch alles andere war echt unglaublich und der Geruch aus Rauch wurde stärker und das Altenheim ging dabei unter. Meinen Kollegen der im 3 Stock war ging es genau so... Dem wurde der Code per Telefon durch gegeben...sehr sicher... Was mir auf gefallen war - ich habe das Licht im Gang brennen lassen, und als ich zurück gekommen bin war es ausgeschalten - von wehm??? Ich bin dann angeheidert - um ca. 1:30 ins Bett und um 5:00 durch lautes Schreien aus dem Nebenzimmer aufgewacht... Hier hat eine Dame mit einem Mann ca. 1/2 Stunde geschrien - sehr toller Weckruf... Allgemein ist das ganze eine sehr gefährliche Stimmung und ich habe mich nicht einmal Sicher gefühlt - der Geruch und die komischen Leute im und um den Haus ist sehr sehr kommisch... Ich kann einen jedem nur Empfehlen - etwas anderes zu buchen...
