Location, value for money, breakfast, internet (which is much better than my last stay one year ago)

the lady at the reception was really kind and helped us kindly for every request

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The bath - tub was in bad conditions.

Good location, not too far from the city center in a quiet neighbourhood. Good balance quality/price.

The quite zone in a big city, just a 10 minutes to the city center by public transports. Good breakfast but much expensive.

In my opinion the hotel don´t worth the 4 stars. Our room had some hairs spread out in the floor when we had just arrived to the room. Careless with the drinks drinked or not in the room, we didin´t drink at all, but the reception desk said tha we drink some, fortunately we solved the problem.

I booked this hotel as recommended from conference in akh hospital which was good as walking distance 10 min walk but its not worth it to have very poor service and the value of money I payed I was expecting from 4 star hotel way much more.even the services and luggages transfer to and from room was not available the hotel rooms and corridors were dirty and some glass bottles were kept outside our room for a whole day till I removed them myself there was no iron or tea cattle and the ironing was not allowed in the room???!!!

I asked why toiletries were not provided and when I asked the receptionist she reply you can buy it from nearby shops???? At the end after completing my stay I changed the hotel to de france (5 stars ) and it was really good I think there should be a strong system to validate number of stars in each hotels because some times I noticed they write 4 stars and its rather to call it bed and breakfast....

Place (location for my business trip) and excellent breakfast

I would expect bigger room for a 4 stars hotel, but at the end it was fine due to nice look-out from the balcony in room on the 6th floor over the Vienna roofs :)

Een rustige lokatie dichtbij tram en daarmee binnen 5 minuten bij Ubahstation Schottentor, vanwaar diverse lijnen richting centrum en museumsquartier. Schone en comfortabele kamers. Om de twee dagen schoon beddegoed. Prima ontbijtbuffet.

De comfortrooms hadden een tweepersoonsbed. Dit was echter geen lits jumeaux. Het bed had één matras waardoor bij omdraaien van bedgenoot je leuk mee wiebelde. Prima voor een stel, minder geschikt voor twee vriendinnen die geen partner van elkaar zijn. Voor wel twee aparte bedden zouden we bij moeten betalen.
