Great breakfast liked the flavored water in the lobby

We went there only for one night. We choose this place because it is near to the Stadthalle, and we went there for a concert. The location was excelent for us. Only 5 minutes walk from Wien Stadthalle. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amaizing, the room was clean and nice, and the praking place was near, and ok (need to book in advance and costs 12 eur)

The bathroom was a little wierd, it is not a separate room. It is a separated place at one of the room's corner. The door of the toilett and shower are glass (altough you cannot see who is in it) and the place where you can wash your hand is separated only with a curtain. We had no problem with it at all, but I can believe that it does not fit to anybody in any cirtumstances.

Being Eco friendly Helpfulness of the staff 2-mins walk from the tram/metro 5-min walk from Westbanhoff train station which was ideal for travelling from Budapest as we did.

Excelent breakfasr, very nice relaxing space in unner garden. Room a bit small but very well decorated, excelent bed and linens, shower could be a little bigger. The location is ok, near westbanhof, where you can easily go to all Viena but didnt seem very safe at night.

The Hotel was lovely, clean and bright, I was happy with the room it was spacious and clean. I was attracted to the Hotel because it is eco-friendly and would definately recommend it

Very small toilet, and shower area. It's hard to turn around in shower.. unless you are lower then 160cm and less than 45kg

Hotel staffs are super nice. Breakfast is delicious.

No real bar area, no baths in rooms (although this is due to eco-friendly approach).

Another good stay in this lovely hotel after a gap of around 10 years. Still a great little place with Eco-Friendliness heavily in mind. Great breakfast. Discount for those who return. Close to public transport network.

No tea making facilities in room as default -however ask and they will provide a kettle, such is their customer care.

1. Hotel staff is not helpful. They even didn't clean the room on the second day. They sent rude messages like one accusing me of smoking in the room, which I did not do. 2. No services to speak of...no laundry, for example. Asked for a single large blanket instead of two small one and it never arrived. 3. Staff were generally unaware of their own city. 4. Not good value for the money charged.

It was in a really good position close to Vienna's west station where we arrived but just a short tram or metro ride (or a leisurely walk) into the city centre. Really liked the green policies of the hotel. It was stylish and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and hepful.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Small, Friendly with a really good feel about the foyer area. Loved the fresh flowers (lilies) which greeted one with their scent everytime we walked in the door. Sofa is a triumph of colour and use of "scraps" even allowing for the fact that it was high class material. Fits your recycling ethic.

The environment policy is to be commended. The rooms are comfortable and clean and well laid out. The breakfast buffet is great along with the organic products. The location is good with easy access to the U Bahn and the Westbahnhof. The service is stellar and the staff are extremely helpful.

The bed was a bit firm for my liking.

Amazing hotel really. Everything is great, the decoration, the location, the cleanliness, everything. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone going to Vienna.

The very friendly and helpful reception staff together with the absolutely fabulous buffet breakfast - both in terms of range available and quality. It is also a very eco friendly hotel but not at the expense of facilities. The garden outside the breakfast room provides a pleasing view.

Whilst it wasn't a problem for us the absence of air conditioning might be a problem in hot weather

We stayed for 3 nights, were extremely comfortable, in a spacious room that looked over a small courtyard. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts (included) were outstanding. The hotel prides itself on being "green". Free wi-fi was an important factor in my choice of this hotel as well. The hotel is in an ordinary part of Vienna, not a tourist area; with several good restaurants nearby. It is a few blocks from a U-Bahn (metro/subway) station, and access to the center of the city is easy and relatively fast on one line, with no changes. It is also a short taxi ride to the West Bahnhof train station.

Friendly helpfull staff and beautiful surroundings, hotel is quiet, comfortable and attractively decorated with a peacefull, relaxing, internal garden to while away the hours. The hotel is unique in being a zero energy balance eco friendly hotel and is ideally situated for the Weiner Stadthalle for concerts, as well as the West Bahnhoff, which are at either ends of the street it stands in, so there is easy access to the city within walking distance of the front door. :-)

The rooms can get too warm on hot Summer days as there is no air conditioning due to the zero energy balance design of the hotel. An improvement would be ceiling fans in addition to the desk fans as the air circulation is hopeless! :-(
