The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the room was a god size, comfortable and very clean. although not centrally located, it was convenient for underground and tram lines.

It's not appealing from the outside! Also, unfortunately, parts of the hotel are currently being refurbished which doesn't help. Also, there is no bar or restaurant facility, and room service prices for drinks are really expensive, and the reception area is not really conducive to sitting and relaxing.

For us, travelling by rail from Istanbul to London, it was very convenient for the rail station and offered comfort and an enjoyable break between trains. We particularly enjoyed the chic bathroom and huge bed with beautiful white linen. The hotel was also close enough to the sights for us to explore Vienna in the one day we had available

On the second morning they did not provide enough breakfast for all the guests.

I liked a courtyard full f greenery and almost residential relaxed feel, also it was close to central Vienna and there was a very easy reach of the airport by coach

that nobody told me that the next door building is being knocked down while I was there and the chrged still quite good price, the reason why I have booked this hotel was to enjoy meeting my best friend in tranquile surroundings and I was hoping for long chatting in their green courtyard, unfortunatelly we had to leave the hotel because we couldnt hear each other out there so it missed on the...

The staff is very nice. The room was quiet, yet it takes 10 minutes to the center. The room is cute, and you don't feel you pay for things you don't need.

The room was confortable and clean; the location was ok; the staff very polite.

The snack breakfast was very poor and was some noise. I expected to know in the moment when I make the reservation that in this period that are some reconstruction in this hotel

We were only there for one night and when we arrived there was extensive building works being carried out to it. It didn't really affect us as only there for one night but think I would have been disappointed if I had stayed there longer. We did however have a cake waiting for us in our room as a thank you for the understanding and could not fault the staff at all.

Zimmer klein, aber funktional und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Reichhaltiges Fruehstuecksbueffet, ruhiges Hotel, Tiefgarage, super Lage, super freundliches Personal, unkompliziert. Ich komme bestimmt wieder!

Freundlichkeit beim Empfang, sehr nettes, großes, und ansprechendes Zimmer in modernem Design,umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Alles in Allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Mein Parkplatz 143 war sehr eng (2 große Mercedes nebeneinander).Vielleicht könnte man gleich bei der Parkplatzreservierung nach der Größe des Kfz fragen und die Parkplatzeinteilung danach ausrichten .Nicht zwei große PKW nebeneinander einteilen. Verhindert Gefahr von Beschädigung.
