Staff were very professional and helpful with all our questions. They gave us a lot of guidance before arrival and during our stay and also gave us some really good recommendations for restaurants and other non-ski activities. Rooms was spacious and well lit with very good high pressure (and always hot) showers. Restaurant food was great and the location was perfect for our visit.

Some guests were a bit noisy but that's just the luck of the draw.

The location is excellent, 2 minutes from the lifts or bus up to ski school. Walk outside the hotel and the bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep.The staff are always friendly, the rooms are always clean, the breakfast is always ample and the hotel restaurant serves excellent Austrian food.

Rooms are a little sparse but comfortable and clean. There is a very small bar area and they allow smoking.

-Never had such a small room in my life. Not even a closet in the room. And that for a 4 star hotel. -Noisy, next to the main road -2 times no hot water for the shower -Cleaning lady entered the room twice without nocking on the door -Fluorence lamp on the ceiling

الفندق ممتاز من ناحيه الموقع .، يعني تطلع من الفندق على طول على الاسواق و البحيره و الفندق يوفر المواقف للسياره بس المواقف شوي بعيده عن الفندق 4 دقايق مشي احس انه يصلح للعوايل الصغيره اكثر يعني شخصين 3 اشخاص فقط و اتمنى اني اكون فددتكم ,.

-There were no access to the hotel by car! - The name of the hotel (Boutique Hotel) was not written on the hotel or on a sign beside, so it was diffficult to find!!

Conveniently located and stylish hotel with pleasant staff. Good breakfast

Car park full and 200 yards away Exceptionally noisy room. There was a jazz group on the Hotel . terrace outside and they might as well have been playing IN my room. Fortunately they finished at 10.45 but it might be best to warn guests in advance so they can decide whether to book. A shame about the noise and the crowds as it spoiled my impression of what is a stylish hotel (I understand this happens every Wednesday night during the summer season-presumably on other days the hotel is quieter). If you are a party animal you will enjoy the Zell festival which is held on Summer Wednesdays, if not, keep well clear of the town.as it is manic and very overcrowded.

The location of the hotel is perfect and close for everything, shopping center, lake and station. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly.

I assume that staff on reception should give ideas about activities and places to visit in and around the area, however it seems to me that they do not have any idea about this!!! I needed to ask them and explane many times to get a direction for somewhere I wanted to go to, and they were like never have an idea about it. Also breakfast is too bad.

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja auttavaista.

Hotelli on erittäin tiiviisti rakennetulla vanhalla alueella. Kun sinne saapuu autolla, niin on vaikeaa löytää parkkipaikkaa lähettyviltä, jotta pääsee kysymään hotellista, että missä päin heidän parkkialueensa sijaitsee.

Znakomita lokalizacja ok 200 do stoku, moim zdaniem najlepsza w Zell Am See. Personel bardzo miły, po Polsku nie mówił ale po Angielsku znakomicie!

Jedzenie, jadłem tylko śniadania ale niestety były bardzo słabe - jedyny minus

Sehr netter Empfang, top geschultes Personal, top Preis/ Leistung, super Lage im Ortszentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig und idyllisch, ausgezeichnetes und gemütliches Restaurant

Hoteleigener Parkplatz etwas abseits vom Hotel und überfüllt;

Hotel si hraje na něco co není.Nemá vyřešené zabezpečené parkování ač jej na svých stránkách uvádí.Wellnes je permanentně nacpáno dětmi. A semidesignové řešení toalet na pokoji je opravdu zážitek.Ještě jsem své potřeby nevykonával ve skříni. :-)
