Great location, extremely helpful staff, lots of space in superior rooms, highly comfortable - would recommended it wholeheartedly and will most likely stay at the next time we're in Vienna. The bathroom water has a slightly too complicated system for regulating water temperature, although it's as charming as a classical option of the kind can be. |

Concierge service is excellent. The bathroom is too small, the bathtub is too small and there is no seperate shower. Also, the bathroom has no space to put vanities. Finally, the hotel breakfast was overpriced. |

The hotel is in a very good position and lucks good The service is bad , the hotel staff isn't friendly and at 3 PM the room wasn't tide up !!!!!!!! |

Fabulous location. Classical Viennese style hotel. Very comfortable, spacious deluxe room. Our room was facing an inner courtyard on the mezzanine level. You could not tell what the weather was like each morning as there was absolutely no view of the sky, just another roof and windows.The manager was apologeti as the hotel was full. However, we did have an excellent rate for the room so can`t really complain! |

Internetzugang kostet 9,00 EUR pro Stunde. Bei einem Übernachtungspreis von >250 EUR eigentlich eine Frechheit. Auch das Frühstück für 35 EUR ist in keiner Weise sein Geld wert (im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels. Da Hotelzimmer war sehr klein mit einem Ausblick auf einen dunklen Hinterhof. |

Geräumiges, angenehmes Zimmer; gute Lage des Hotels Bei der Abreise wurde für uns ein Taxi gerufen, dessen Fahrer am Flugplatz plötzlich ein zusätzliches Entgelt für die Rückfahrt verlangte. |

La categoría que tienen sus habitaciones y la historia que rezuman sus paredes. El personal es excelente, igual que el servicio Las zonas comunes. Son casi inexistentes. El lobby es birrioso, las moquetas, sucias y pasadas y el desayunador no pega con la categoría del hotel |
