Hotel Bristol - A Luxury Collection Hotel  

Generally, I liked the hotel. It's a tipical grand hotel with marble bathroom and fabric panels on the walls, if you like this kind of style. The friend of mine ordered club sandwich from the room service and said it was the best club sandwich ever. Perfect location for everything.

I was upgraded from regular delux room to the penthouse delux room, the official price for which is 989 euros per night (number 665). It's spacious, but has only one window, wich makes it really dark. There are some strange things for the hotel of this level: you cannot set proper temperature in the shower, it's changing from cold to very hot every 2 seconds, and back; on saturday morning at 8.30 mades started to chat in the hallway (actually, to screem), so i had to get out to ask them to keep silent; room service breakfast came without sugar for my coffee, wich means that nobody checks a table before it leaves the kitchen. Restaurant Korso does have weird furniture, especially chairs, it looks like wooden teeth (food is of a good quality, but nothing special).

Room was rather dark as it looked out at a inner yard. Much better to get a room with a view. Room was well appointed, but disappointed with poor light.

The hotel was wonderful. The location couldn't be beat.

The location is excellent , unabtrusive service and we had an excellent room with the view of the oprea house.The separate luggage area is an excellent idea, bathroom large and well eqipped.Would stray again.The lobby area needs better air circulation.

Very hard to find anything that could downgrade hotel.

The location is superb. The room is large and beautiful, we stay in the deluxe room.

The only 2 things I didn't was the housekeeper didn't refill what was used in the bathroom, like cotton. I find that really in the 5 stars standard. I had to ask for it many times. Also The food at the hotel was really really bad. We couldn't finish anything of them. Do not recommend the Korso restaurant at all.

The location of the hotel was perfect and the underground station was across the hotel

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen.

In der Dusche hat die Überkopfdusche beim Einschalten der Seitendusche getropft, das ist sehr ungut - insbesondere beim Duschen für Damen mit langen Haaren, diese werden ungewollt nass und die Frisur kaputt. Die Halterung für die Kosemtiktücher ist kaputt und fällt aus der Wand.

Bereits etwas abgewohnt, Schimmel im Badezimmer, keine 5-Sterne mehr verdient/wert

хорошее месторасположение. вежливый персонал. отель достаточно старый и внутри все соответственно. кто такое любит добро пожаловать. мне больше понравился соседний гранд вена за те же деньги. тоже старый но внутри все гораздо комфортнее. в следующий раз остановлюсь в нем.

считаю что отели такого уровня могут себе позволить предлагать вай фай бесплатно. тут же ценик один час 9 евро сутки 256кб 19 евро, 512 кб 29 евро. вариантов типа 5 дней или 7 дней нет. каждый день приходилось переподключаться. плюс они попытались с меня взять за каждое устройство: 2 айпада ноутбук и айфон. в итоге переговоров согласились брать одну сумму. телеканалов немного- русский всего один.спросили хороший рыбный ресторан- консьерж забронировал столик. называется типа Hammer как то. на соседней улице. никогда туда не ходите. держат турки - рыбная кухня честно говоря не очень. лобстеры может и ничего. принесли устрицы- в каждой внутри обломки. оставили на 4х с детьми около 300 евро. оказался самым невкусным и дорогим рестораном для нас в вене. больше рекомендаций у консьержа не спрашивали)

Wir wurden shr nett empfangen, upgegraded, unser Zimmer und der Service waren fantastisch. Unser Sohn (11) war sehr willkommen. Unser Opernbesuch und Shoppingvergnügen waren sehr gelungen. Wir kommen wieder! Danke!
