Fantastic stay at the hotel. They provided a free transfer from the train station each way. There was mini golf and pit pat. We hired bikes into the centre which took about 15 minutes. Would reccomend the hotel, pool was so relaxing and lovely walk around the lake.

Es war grauenvoll. Bei Ankunft am Morgen ging kein w-lan, ich wurde auf später vertröstet. Auch am Abend ging das w-lan nur mit dem Laptop und nicht mit meinen beiden Handy`s iphone und Blackberry, wobei ich in allen Unterkünften vorher mit beiden Teilen Empfang hatte. Bei dem kleinen uralten Fernseher ca. 30 x 30 cm war kein Netzkabel vorhanden. Am Ärmel des Bademantels fehlte ein Stück Stoff und der Stoff des Mantels war durch das viele Waschen mürb, nur noch als Putzlappen zu gebrauchen. Ich bekam sofort einen anderen Mantel. Im Zimmer fehlte ein gelb/weiß gestreiftes Handtuch. Ich fand dieses Handtuch im Kleiderschrank oben. Es war benutzt und an einer Ecke ganz schwarz. Wahrscheinlich hatte dieses Zimmer schon einmal jemand bekommen, das Handtuch benutzt und anschließend das Zimmer getauscht. Im Zimmer war kein Spiegel, nur im Badezimmer über dem Waschbecken. Keine Garderobehaken für nassen Anorak vorhanden. Es waren 2 Haken an der Kleiderschrankwand. Aber unter diesen Haken stand der kleine Fernseher, da kann man doch keine nassen Sachen drüber hängen oder???? Als Ablagemöglichkeit kamen dann nur noch die 2 Sitzplätze in Frage. Die Toilettenspülung im Zi 135, hörte nach 3-maligem drücken, bei dem sehr wenig Wasser rauslief, ganz auf. Nur unter Zuhilfenahme der Kloobürste konnte alles runter geschoben werden. Ein Mitarbeiter aus der Küche kam und behauptete die Spülung wäre in Ordnung. Ich versuchte es erneut aber nach 3 x drücken kam wieder kein Tropfen Wasser. Am Abend war das Wasser in der Umkleide im Hallenbad "kalt". In meinem Zimmer kam nur lauwarmes Wasser und der Druck war so wenig, dass das Wasser in der Badewanne zum Baden bereits kalt war. Auch am Morgen um 07:30 Uhr kam kein heißes Wasser, nur angewärmtes Wasser. Das Telefon war tot.Die Chefin rief das Zimmer in meinem Beisein an und behauptete, dass alles o.k. wäre. Als ich es erneut versuchte war das Telefon immer noch tot. Ich musste bei allen Beschwerden jedes Mal ca.

Nice furnishings in common areas. Great breakfast. Shuttle to the skiing. Helpful staff. Bed uncomfortable - needs new mattress. No wifi in room .

Wir hatten ein überaus großes Zimmer. Tolle Lage. Freundliches familiäres Hotel. Schöner Wellnessbereich. der Fernseher war zu klein. Vom Bett aus zu schauen war nicht möglich.
