Nice clean, comfortable rooms.

Four flights of stairs to get to our room and no elevator. The double bed was actually two single matresses on a single platform and the matresses had an uncomfortable ridge on the side in the middle of the bed.

Overalll wonderful experience, with wonderful staff, lovely restaurant, excellent location outside the city but easily accessible via tram.

The hotel needs wifi in the rooms.

We liked everything! We stayed at the Royal Suite, a very spacious and nice bedroom! The service was very nice and the breakfast just perfect! I can warmly recommend Hotel Pfeifer!

Superb welcome and attention by the hotel. Arrrived late but an excellent meal was nonetheless provided. Locatioon is beautiful and relaxing, with easy car access to the fascinating city of Graz.

The staff were delightful! Many spoke good English and made us feel welcome! The food was excellent. The evening menu in the restaurant was extensive and both njghts we enjoyed the meals we chose. The addition of a small fan made our nights sleep more comfortable. (It was quite hot and humid when we were there from 9 to July 12.) The afternoon thunderstorms were an added bonus. A fine and friendly place to stay... dont rush away, make the effort to stay atleast 3 nights to experience the ambience and warm hospitality.

The hotel is located at the top of a very steep hill, which for anyone who isn't young and fit, and who doesn't have a car, may prove to be a struggle.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Great location if you have a car as there is free parking, however if you don't have a car, then it takes about 20-30 mins via tram to the centre (quite frequent, every 10-15 mins). You can purchase tickets on the tram but you need change. We were given a suite which was very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was really nice. Lovely location at the top of the hill next to a church, you have to walk down the hill to the tram (getting back up was the hardest part!!), but you can take your car down the road but you will need to pay the parking fees. So all depends on how fit you are!

Nothing too major, but there are no lifts, so if you have lots of luggage, it might be a problem, however the staff offered to carry our bags to our room. Not sure how many floors there are.. We were on the 2nd floor so not much of a problem. We were told that internet was available in the lobby lounge, but we couldn't get a connection, so had to go downstairs, rather intermittent. No air con either. Our room was okay and you can open the windows.

Great value for money. The staff were attentive and looked after us very well. We had a car so getting around was easy. The food and room was great. Located next to a must see basilica. The local people were very friendly.

Die Lage im Grünen gleich hinter der Basilika mit nettem Gastgarten abseits des Trubles.

Die Betten mit unmöglichen Matratzen in einem engen Zimmer unter dem Dach verursachten Kreuzschmerzen.

Die Athmosphäre und das Ambiente der Umgebung. Das Zimmer sehr komfortabel gut ausgestattet. Das Essen und die Bewirtung vorzüglich. Sehr aufmerksames Serviceteam. Das Personal generell sehr zuvor kommend und freundlich.

Leider kein Lift. Als Alleinreisende mit Gebäck ist es mühsam. Die Parkplatzbeschreibung vom Hotel, ist für mich nicht sichtbar gewesen. So bin ich von den grossen Parkplatz mit Gebäck alles zu Fuß gelaufen.

Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang führt zu großen freundlichen sehr gut ausgestatteten Zimmern mit extra Schreibtisch und Couch. Ein sehr großzügiges und schönes Bad. Feine Betten, gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Ein schöner Gastgarten und schöne Spazierwege laden ein. Und die Straßenbahn fährt nur 5 min. Gehzeit Entfernt mitten nach Graz.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit, und leicht zu beheben- beim Frühstück die Einzelverpackung von Butter und Marmelade bzw. Honig weglassen.

Herzlicher empfang,extrem freundliches, aufmerksames und sehr gut geschultes personal,beim nächsten grazbesuch gerne wieder hier.

Viele stufen zum hotel und im hotel, kein lift , für gehbehinderte nicht geeignet.

отель находится на окраине, на холме. в отеле старинная деревянная мебель и деревянный натуральный паркет.вокруг замечательный панорамный вид. на холме расположена красивая католическая церковь. от подножья холма ходит трамвай в центр гарца. очень удобно оставить машину на парковке отеля и пользоваться трамваем. до ботанического сада 11 минут, до центральной площади - минут 16. но до остановки надо спускаться по лестнице или тротуару вдоль дороги, а от остановки - подниматься пешком . нашей знакомой с больными ногами было тяжеловато.

große Zimmer, tolle Einrichtung

Lärm vom Sesselrücken im Speisesaal war leicht zu hören - wir hatten das Zimmer darüber, doch um 22 Uhr war der Spuk vorbei

Todo. Las vistas desde la habitación son excepcionales. Habitación muy confortable y decoración típica austríaca. El desayuno y cena muy variado y de excelente calidad. Está muy cerca del centro de Graz,ideal para ir en auto,ya que el parking es gratuito .

Gut, sauber und ein tolles Bett, komme wieder

Ein überaus professionell geführtes Haus. Alles klappte, das Personal perfekt geschult und ungemein freundlich und bemüht, excellente Küche und Weine. Herrlich ruhige Lage und man ist in 10 Minuten in der Stadt. Absolut zu empfehlen !

Kein Lift Dunkles Zimmer mit Blick auf Friedhof Ungepflegtes Personal Wanzen (Insekt !) gefallen auf Tisch beim Essen und das 2 Mal !
