Ideally situated for business and leisure alike, Hotel Ramada Graz is only a few minutes’ drive away from the centre and the airport of Graz, close to the A9 motorway.
Score from 34 reviews Good
Position of the hotel was good and had easy access to the main part of the Town. Hotel was eccellent with very helpful staff. Restaurant served excellent food just a shame it was closed sunday.
Location beside the Basilica makes a great impression upon arrival. All staff members we met were welcoming and friendly. Quality of bathroom and furniture was good. Very clean (room and public areas)
We breakfasted at 07.30 but the fresh fruit salad was already brown in the bowl and the scrambled eggs were cold. Orange juice was not real juice (I don't mean freshly squeezed, it was some sort of high sugar mix).
Location View is amazing Good clean rooms Polite and helpful staff
Lack of restaurants around - only 1 place was recommended (hotel' restaurant closes quite early) - but quite expensive.
The staff tries very hard to please you and goes put of their way
The service in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was good. If you are fit and healthy, it may be a nice location. It is much further from town though than suggested on the website. Note that the tramline 1 is currently not working and a bus replacement has to be taken, adding even more to the journey time.
We arrived with elderly parents to discover that there was no lift and the hotel was located on top of a very very steep hill (14%). There was no way my parents could get up that hill, and they had difficulty negotiating the stairs. When we mentioned this, the staff member said we should have read the hotel info better. Nobody helped us with the suitcases. Nobody offered to help my parents up the stairs. I was appalled by the lack of service. We had asked for two twin rooms, to be told we had only asked for one twin and a double.
beautiful house, lovely church, lovely landscape. Vey good breakfast.
cemetery just next
The landscape and hotel surroundings. Breakfast is ok. Free parking. Good, quiet place for 1-2 nights.
The shower cabins are old. The whole place is worn-down. They try to hide it by adding lots of strange "decorating" elements. Very confusing check-in policy (they close 11PM!)... The place called "Hotel" should have the reception open 24/7.
If you drink or eat something and if you dont pay instantly the stuff gets a panic ! I was asked before checkout 3 times for a 9 euro additional consume. It was really insulting.
Huge, very comfortable room. Nice décor. Excellent restaurant. Very friendly waitress. Location next to Basilica and some wonderful walks. We had to stay over an extra night due to illness. The hotel accommodated us and we were able to rest and relax. Hotel is misleading as it looks shabby on the outside, but is lovely inside.
No lift and our room was on the second floor. Not much fun with a heavy suitcase.
-The restaurant is good but notice that It closes for the dinner on Sunday. -2 bathrooms -Internet works very well -staff very kind
-very far from everything -no air-conditioning -no elevator -old style -low quality extra bed -not so comfortable and no matrimonial mattress
Location for our travel needs. Great room, bathroom etc. food excellent.Staff very helpful including carrying cases up two flights
Excellent view Good food
To many stairs to carry the suitcases Far from the city downtown
Location, very close to the forest, perfect for runners - with a free parking spaces.
There was no desk to work or even a kettle in the room!
We booked this hotel for the beautiful away from city location, yet not too far. The staff were fabulous in both reception and the restaurant. Would definitely return.
WiFi was very fast. The breakfast was good and served from early hours, so people in hurry could start their day as they scheduled.
We stayed there only one night, in our way back from holiday, so we remained with the first negative impression of the stairs to climb to get to the room at the three floor, the hotel doesn't have an elevator.
The old manor style. Very quiet. Dinner was special, loved it. Friendly helpful owners and staff. Safe parking.
A grandeur large family home looking and feeling a little tired...........but still with lot's of character. A good distance to alternative bars and restaurants.
We liked the old style architecture
Off the beaten path
Quiet location, friendly staff, excellent food
friendly staff, we were booked in before 11-00..Tram 200 yds away straight into town ,every 10 minutes. Quiet location.by the Basilica.. Good food , stayed an extra day ..
Excellent staff that made our stay very enjoyable and help us through the drama of a flat battery. Breakfast was excellent.
A very peaceful environment. Good view from the bedrooms.
I was hoping more from the breakfast.
Quiet place, nice food, free parking
Very kind staff, nice position in Graz, only 20 minute from centar
The room we got looking directly to the cemetery. The cemetery is located only 50 meters from the hotel. The hotel needs renovation from the outside. For me this is not a 4 star hotel, it is the middle class hotel with 3 stars
Very helpful and friendly staff, and we had a very comfortable, spacious room - excellent value. Delicious dinner, and very good breakfast. Great location in the country offering lovely views, but just a short drive from town.
