Il servizio attento e veloce, l'estrema pulizia, il silenzio tra I monti, la qualità del cibo, la semplicità delle comunicazioni (in inglese) Sostanzialmente niente, forse il fatto che intorno al l'hotel non c'era assolutamente nulla come bar/locali/negozi

Accueil très chaleureux,personnel attentionné mais décontracté,ambiance familiale,gastronomie locale parfaite,petits déjeuners ou l'on se fait "chouchouter".Salle a manger et terrasse ensoleillées avec une très belle vue. Et meme si l'allemand est quasiment langue exclusive, de gentils efforts pour nous accueillir au mieux ,nous qui ignorons la langue. Situation très agréable pour découvrir la région superbe.

Prima bediening. Goed restaurant aanwezig. Heerlijk ontbijt. Goed verzorgde kamer en doucheruimte en tevens uitstekende bedden Wifi was prijstechnisch duur. 7 euro voor het gebruik van 2 uur en kon alleen maar gebruikt worden in het restaurant en niet elders in het gebouw

Hier hat man das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Alle sind sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Essen sehr gut. Gegend ist sehr schön! Würde am Matzelsbergerhof jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.

Quasi niente Reception deserta. Tocca chiamare in ristorante. E'sostanzialmente un 2 stelle. Vanta una vista sul lago che non ha. Dice di essere a 5 minuti da Millstatt e ci vuole un quarto d'ora. Connessione internet solo a pagamento. Niente carte di credito. Considerato tutto ciò il prezzo risulta eccessivo,

Overnacht op de terugweg uit Italie. Verzorgd hotel met een heel mooie ligging hoog boven de Millstattersee. Wel een beetje eenzaam qua ligging. Maar voor alleen overnachten geen probleem. Aardige kamer (zeker die met balkon) met een splinternieuwe badkamer. Voordeel is dat er ook een restaurant/bar bij het hotel is. Je kunt er prima eten, eventueel op het terras buiten. Aardige en nette gastvrouw. Ontbijtbuffet was niet overdadig maar oke.

Wij waren slechts voor doorreis in dit hotel. Prima hotel, vriendelijke mensen. Een aanrader als je liefhebber bent van de rust en de schoonheid van de Oostenrijkse bergen.

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal. We kregen zelfs een extra kamer voor de kinderen. Ontbijt was verzorgd en lekker. We kunnen dit hotel zeker aanbevelen. Klein minpuntje : Betalen met creditcard was niet mogelijk.
