Stairs ,no elevator, small very basic room. There not a washcloth or much in the way of toiletries. Breakfast starts at 7.30????

Ich war überrrascht das ein so preisgünstiges Hotel solch eine Sauna und Fitnessraum hat. Da muss sich manch größeres Hotel eine Scheibe davon abschneiden. Es war eine tolle Sauna vorhanden, sehr sauber und schön. Ebenso stand Kristallwasser zuverfügung. Super vielen Dank dafür! :-) Ich möchte mich nicht beschweren. Ich möchte nur eine Anregung geben. Bitte stellen sie im Saunabereich Shampoo und Seife bereit. Ebenso etwas Seife auf der Toilette im Wellnessbereich.

Milé rodinné prostředí, supr personál = rakouské hoteliérství I přesto, že výběr na snídani byl dostačující, možná nějaký "gurmán" by měl větší nároky, ale jinak čerstvost potravin, ochota personálu, ... = rakouská gastronomie.

Nulla di particolare . e' stato scelto vista la limitata disponibilità di altri alberghi in Graz con prezzi similari. Soltanto la prima colazione piuttosto scarsa per il costo e la categoria dell'hotel e la mancanza di ascensore per raggiungere I piani piu' alti.

Prima Hotel am Stadtrand von Graz. Sehr guter Service und sehr gutes, aber nicht übertriebenes Frühstücksbüffet. Eine zweiter Stuhl im Doppelzimmer wäre wünschenswert.

To już mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu, pierwszy w 2008r. Hotelik (wciąż) czysty, estetyczny. Wygodny dojazd. Mimo późnej pory przyjazdu, pokoje (a właściwie klucze) czekały przy recepcji. Dobre śniadanie (niestety nie wliczone w cenę), mimo niedzieli - świeże, chrupiące bułeczki. Zbyt skromny personel - jedna Pani starała się ogarnąć i recepcję, i kuchnię i pokoje. Może to z powodu niedzieli...?

Hotel se nalazi na mirnom mjestu, odlično za spavanje I opuštanje. Osoblje hotela je jako ljubazno I susretljivo. Doručak koji je uključen u cijenu je bio obilan. Sobe su bile uredne I čiste. Veliki parking za goste hotela. Pristupačna cijena. Blizina autoputa a-9, zračne luke I turističkog kompleksa Schwarzlsee Freizentrum, gdje smo odgledali spektakularni koncert grupe The Eagles, zbog čega smo I odsjeli u ovom lijepom hotelčiću. Planiramo opet doći I slijedeće godine na neki od koncerata na Rock See festival. Kava.
