Reception staff were absolutely fantastic, particularly Christoph who went out of his way to help us find where we could exchange travellers cheques. Hotel was absolutely spotless and breakfast selection was the fanastic. Location is also great, outside the main tourist area but very close to the Metro. |

excellent service, central, only 10 minutes from UN Offices in Vienna. Also, my room was quite and comfortable. One thing: Espresso coffee was not included in the breakfast, I had to pay extra for a cup of Espresso coffee, which is unusual. |

The location is perfect. 5 minutes walk for Prater and another 10 in the opposite direction for Stephan's Dome. The rooms are decent and clean no minibar |

The reception on arrivival was friendly and helpful. The room was warm clean and of good proportions. The staff were helpful reference directions to our meeting place and informative in terms of local facilities. |

We really liked the large room since it had 1 king bed and then 2 twin beds in a separate room so that the children could sleep in there. Very easy access to the metro. Very quiet. |
