The location of the hotel and the price would be the main factors for choosing the Hotel Capri. We don't like the duvees on the bed in the warmer months prefer a top sheet and a light blanket. The pillows in Europe are square in shape and have no substance to them - in some cases the beds are too hard and you have to put a duvee under the bottom sheet to ease the hardest of the bed. So, please provide firmer pillows for those who don't like having a sore neck when you wake up (that is if you can get to sleep!).Also, an electric jug with some tea and coffee bags, cups etc. would be appreciated - when you come in tired from a long day of sight-seeing, making a cup of tea is wonderful - we do this in Australia and New Zealand - why can't the rest of the world provide this service?

Excellent stay, quiet, in a room facing the hotel's parking. Daily cleaning. Baby bed on request. Friendly staff (thank you Ivana). Good buffet breakfast. Safe parking in the hotel's private garrage or private parking. Metro station Nestroyplaz, right in the front of the hotel, 2 stations from Stephansdom, one to Prater, 8 to Schonnbrun.

Excellent location - 1min to subway station, 10min walk to ringstrasse tram, 15min to St Stephen's Dom. Very friendly personnel - they speak quite well english and give you a lot of information about city, tours and sight seeings. The rooms are clean and large (even for Standard room), recently renovated and have a modern style/look. The breakfast is a Swedish buffet but was enough for us. In conclusion: highly recommended for location, staff and services, I'll definitely stay again when I'll visit Vienna. The bathroom is not to large (because of the room itself), the rooms having view tot the boulevard could be noisy by night but at an acceptable level (ask for a room having view to backyards if you have sleep troubles)

The three of us stayed in the family suite and were given a large room, which was in fact two rooms: a large one and a smaller one with a balcony - backyard view and quiet - very pleased. The location was excellent for us - next to a metro station and only 2 stops away from St. Stephan - a 15 min. walk otherwise, with the Prater only a 5 min. walk away. Tea/Coffee making facilities in room too. Abundant breakfast! Noise from installation was a bit annoying.

TThe staff at the Hotel is extremely friendly and polite. They are welcoming and helpful in every way giving the hotel a very personal touch. The rooms are very clean and tidy which provides a very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is great giving the guest a great start in the day. The hotel is right next to the underground enabling one to get around quite quickly. Most of all it very good value for money. There are quite a few good restaurants near the hotel providing a variety of tastes It would make a big difference if a coffee pot would be included in the room.

Great hotel. Very spacious rooms (family suit), really nice staff, good breakfast. Good location : 15 min walk to Stefansplatz with 2 kids and a stroller, and a subway entrance just in front of the hotel. We will probably go back to Vienna and if we do we will most certainly stay in Hotel Capri.

Breakfast was great! Underground very close. 20-30 minute walk from sights. If you want to be in the middle of everything, then hotel is too far out. If you don't mind walking, then great place to stay.

Our first surprise was an upgrade to an extremely spacious suite of rooms! We were more than comfortable in these beautiful quarters. The walk to the U Bahn was easy, and we were able to leave our car in the hotel parking lot and get about the city on foot just fine. The staff was wonderful - very helpful with our internet and with guiding us to the city. Breakfast was quite a spread, and the food was very good. We would stay at Hotel Capri again.

Nice spacious room. Wifi is not free, but 5 Euro per day might be fair. My room faced the main street and one can hear cars. This was fine with me.

The location is about 15/20 minutes walk from the city centre and less than 10 minutes by U-Bahn. The U-Bahn is 2 minutes walk from the front door. The room was large and both the room and bathroom were very clean. The beds were really comfortable. Staff in the hotel were friendly particularly the reception staff who attended to our every need. The room allocated on our first night was at the front of the hotel and when we opened the window the street noise kept us awake. We relocated to a room at the back for our other nights and this room was perfect.

It's a simple hotel located close both to the Prater and the city center. It was both clean and not expensive, close to the ideal place for a very short stay in Vienna. I was charged extra for Wi-Fi

The Hotel exceeded my expectations for a family room in the centre of Vienna on my family City Break. At this price point, nothing. Air conditioning in the rooms would be nice, but an increase in room rates would not be justified by the benefit. No doubt this explains why the rooms do not have this facility.
