Room was big enough, we did enjoyed the classic furniture, and the bath design which was almost new but still mantained the former design. The hotel is not what we expected to be, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, there was a used soap on the shower. |

The hotel is really nice, the location is amazing, the price-quality ratio is at the highest (at Velden). Always stay there when going to Velden. Highly recommend! |

Great staff, beautiful position in Velden (next to the Woerthersee lake and shopping-center) clean room but in the first week of August 2009 the breakfast is normal not "imperial" |

Clean and friendly, very good breckfast and spa. Very noisy and very hot. Right on main road and very difficult to sleep. |

The location,staff,breakfast,the comfort of the room. Sometimes it was a bit noisy due to motocyclists in the area. |

Sehr schönes und originalgetreues Hotel, schöne aussicht auf den See. Die mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet Die Gästebewertungen, dass es zu laut sei konnte ich nicht nachvollziehen. Es liegt zentral an einem Platz, sicher, aber wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind oder nachts hört man gar nichts. |

Camere accoglienti, pulite e ambiente tranquillo. La posizione è centrale, a pochissimi passi dal lago. Ottima la colazione. La cosidetta "oasi relax" (spa) dell'hotel è piuttosto fatiscente. |

Vriendelijkheid personeel. Uitzicht op het meer. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Over de badkamer o.a. Erg klein en zeer sober, met 'n afzuiging welke leek op 'n lawaaierige tractor. Klein balkon met 2 ijzeren Franse stoeltjes; erg onconfortabel. Geen airco en ontzettend veel herrie van motoren en auto's. T.V. ouderwets, klein en erg weinig zenders. Vond het ábsoluut geen 4 sterren hotel. Misschien hadden we pech met de kamer, maar helaas heeft die niet aan onze verwachtingen voldaan. Wellnescentrum was best modern maar b.v. de masseur kwam op afroep van het personeel en tijden die haar/hem uitkwamen.(b.v. 's morgens om 8 uur). |
