Space, clean, helpful staff Reception close at 22:30, Reception unusually on 2nd floor, lot of stairs. Even on the same floor. The hotel does not meet 4-stars standard as per international definition. Absence of services usual in 4-star hotels. I think, it is expensive 3-star standard.

Very nice hotel, in the city centre but easy to find and park. Excellent staff both at checking and breakfast. Free and really fast Internet connection. I can really reccomend it onyone. If anything, maybe reception could be open slightly longer, I suppose many people would come by car, so it is not always possible to predict arrival time.

Very nice and friendly stuff. Location just 15 walk from the railway station, and 5 min from the center. Quite place. Very nice breakfast. Clean. Free WiFi. It was a bit hot in the room (beginning of september) and central air- condition did not work, or I did not find a switch ;). Besides that everything was just fine.

Our room was huge! So it was nice to re-sort our bags after all our travels. The shower was great and it was only a short walk into the old town of Klagenfurt. The parking wasn't 100% clear from the website, but all worked out fine.

Staff was very friendly, they upgraded our room for free. We had a nice junior suit for the price of a double room. Very good location, nice, clean and quiet hotel.

Got upgraded to a suite which was simply huge. The reception is on the second floor so you need to go up in the lift to check-in - theree isn't much to give away that it is a hotel on the ground floor. Reception closes at 11pm so bad luck if you want the WiFi password after that time!

Clean room, nice bathroom, good localization near the city center The breakfast was not good: it was not enough juice, coffee etc. One need to ask for hot dishes (eggs) Not too much things to choose.

Ein kleines Hotel, in dem an alles gedacht wird. Service, Qualifikation und Engagement der Mitarbeiter. Selbst für nachts lärmende Hotelgäste, die einen über den Durst getrunken haben, interessieren sie sich, um dies abzustellen. Zimmer ruhig, geräumig, Badausstattung optimal. Es gibt zwar keine 24-Std.-Rezeption, auch dafür eine funktionierende Lösung, dasselbe gilt für die limitierten Parkplätze. Gleich um die Ecke eine Gastwirtschaft zum Verspeisen der Käsnudel, köstlich.

Cortesia e disponibilità. La pulizia della camera, il silenzio Colazione eccellente. All'arrivo non esendoci parcheggio libero l'albergo mi ha pagato il parcheggio a pagamento.

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr hilfreich und einfach nur nett. Das Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer machten einen sehr guten Eindruck und waren sehr gepflegt. Als Parkplatz standen nur Plätze vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Wir haben zwar einen bekommen, allerdings könnte es auch sein das keiner frei ist. Es gibt aber in kurzer Entfernung ein Parkhaus für das man dann allerdings bezahlen muß. Unser Zimmer war sehr warm. Der Lüfter im Zimmer lief sehr leise und kühlte schon recht ordentlich, aber die Fenster konnten während der Nacht nicht geöffnet werden da dann der Verkehr zu laut war.

sehr freundlich, super Lage, Parkplatz vor der Tür, Frühstücksbuffet. Ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt. modern und hell. Jederzeit wieder, auch für längere Zeit. ;o))
