Good Cleening, perfect breakfast, nice employees, good beds, but Rooms were too Hot in Summer. No Airconditioning in the rooms, never take a room at the 4th floor in summertime, You will not have any sleep because of the heat. |

Hotel staff extremely friendly & helpful. It would have been great if the air conditioner was equipped in the room since it was very hot and there was no breeze coming from outside on the day we stayed. |

It had a nice big room. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Some people on previous comments complained about city noise but we did not have a problem at all. Everything was so nice and the city center is extremely close! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in Klagenfurt and be close to restaurants and shopping... |

Provided free transport and extended breakfast hours to suit guests attending the Ironman Triathlon. Room was clean, spacious, quiet, well-ventilated and comfortable. All staff were very friendly and helpful. |

Es war eine sehr freundliche und nette Atmosphäre, sehr ruhiges Zimmer, sauber. Informationen und Wünsche wurden gut behandelt. Es ist bei der Ankunft etwas irritierend, da am Anfang der Eindruck entsteht, dies ist nur ein Kurhaus. |

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber, die Mitarbeiten waren sehr nette. Das Früschtück war sehr fein. Freie parkplatze waren sehr wenig. |

Központi elhelyezkedése megkönnyítette a kulturális létesítmények, műemlékek, nevezetességek látogatását. Mindemellett aki vásárolni, pihenni szeretne, az is megtalálja számításait. A belvárosi szálloda fekvése ellenére csendes, a nyugodt pihenés biztosított. Vásárlási lehetőséget pedig a környező sétáló utcák patinás üzletei kínálnak. A szálloda személyzete rendkívül segítőkész volt. A hotel árai megfizethetőek. Javasoljuk. A szálloda csak reggelit tud biztosítani a vendégeknek. Örültünk volna, ha félpanziós ellátás igénybevételére is lett volna lehetőség. |
