Breakfast was individyally made to order, and was well presented

The Parking was a little difficult; in the summer, when I expect it to be very busy, parking will be near impossible. Of course, I may be mistaken....

Room on the street, too much noise

This hotel is a little gem. It is hidden away in the top half of an office block where the two lower floor seem to be occupied by a fitness center. The junior suites are huge and comfortably furnished. It is a short walk to the railway station but very quiet. Wifi connection is good and there is no charge. The staff are extremely helpful. It offers very good value for money.

The choice of items at breakfast was somewhat limited although they will cook omelettes to order if you request this.

The hotel is a very easy walk from the station and it is close to the town centre. The hotel ordered me a taxi the next morning to the airport which was 12 euros.The airport bus stops near the hotel also. I had a lady taxi driver who was brilliant. Breakfast was lovely and set me up for my journey home to England.There are restaurants close by, I went to the Landhaushof in the centre of town and loved it. There is also an Austrian restaurant around the corner from the hotel

The suite was a good size, very clean. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff, 3 mins walk to centre square and Rathaus. With all shops and restaurants near. Great value for money.

The entrance is shared with a office block and apartments, reception is on the 2nd floor. But it really wasn't a problem.

Room was very nice

The hotel shares a building with a Wellness/Health center so it seems more like you rent a room but not like you are in a hotel.

This is not a 4 Star Hotel. The building is not occupied solely by the hotel, with a clinic, gym and flats all in the same building. Reception closes at 10.00pm, leaving access via your room card to the building. Information about Klagenfurt was out of date, with the up to date information not obvious. In my room the furniture was old. I was told it was meant to be like that. However, if it was only two years old, one bedside table had no handle and a missing shelf and television cupboard did not open, leaving little shelf space.. Instructions for the safe were incorrect. The fabric on the armchair in the room needed to be cleaned. The bathroom was good. Breakfast was adequate, but my husband had a roll, which was very cold, as if it was straight from the fridge and, in his opinion was not fresh. I found sliced brown bread to be stale as well.

Old room, old-fashioned decoration.

The location and staff were the best aspects of the hotel. They also had draft beer in the lobby and a pleasant setting area to play cards and drink beer as it was very hot outside. You can easily walk the old town from this location. The staff was helpful with sights to see and places to eat.

Good central location. I would recommend this hotel.

zunächst keine und dann schlechte und umständliche Parkmöglichkeit es war nicht bekannt, dass das Hotel eine Kuranstalt beherbergt, damit eine Mischung aus Krankenbehandlung und Hotel ist

Ich komme regelmäßig nach Klagenfurt und steige immer in diesem Hotel ab. Ein anderes kommt für mich gar nicht in Frage. Warum? Weil mir alles an diesem hotel gefällt.

Zimmer sehr schön, nett eingerichtet. Frühstück sehr großzügig und sehr liebevoll, fürs Auge angerichtet

Gute Lage Zentrum - gratis Parking vor dem Hotel ( Keine Reservierung möglich, es ist mehr der Zufall, der hier regiert ) . Frühstück ordentlich. In dem Haus ist einer Bäderabteilung integriert - mich hat es nicht gestört .

Alles ist sehr einfach strukturiert.Keine richtige Hotelatmosphäre, es handelt sich um 2-3 Hotel-Etagen in einem Bäderhaus .Im übrigen ist Klagenfurt ein bißchen " tote Hose "
