Location.Silenece. The so-called suites are old-fashioned with very old furnitures and too soft beds. In spite of having valid 24 hour car park ticket, at leaving the garage I had to pay more then 3 euros. |

A Hotel nagyon jó helyen fekszik. A belváros pár perces kellemes sétával elérhető. A császárkort idéző berendezések igazán romantikussá teszik a szobát. A szoba árában foglalt reggeli több mint bőséges, és választékos. A parkolás zárt parkológarázsban megoldott, ez lényeges mert Bécsben nagyon nehéz parkolót találni. |

A szálloda stílusa nagyon megnyerő volt! Nagyon kedvesek voltak a recepción, és az egyik kolléga még magyarul is beszélt! :-) Mivel csak egy éjszakát tartózkodtunk a szállodában, így csak egy reggelit fogyasztottunk el az étteremben, ami igazán bőséges, s választékban gazdag volt. |

Tényleg nagyon közel volt minden nevezetességhez a Hotel, és bőséges volt a reggeli választéka, illetve a személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt. Lehetett volna melegebb a szobákban. |

The art deco entrance and some of the details that have not been ruined by careless renovation. Free wi-fi available for guests, very quiet. This hotel could have been stunning. A masterpece of the art deco movement, but my room was more like early Ikea, with cheap laminate and mould on the shower walls. Someone with taste (and a bit of money) could turn this house into a Viennese monument itself. The breakfast room has the charme of an East-German factory canteen. |

Location was great, the famous Naschmarkt was at the end of our street. Only a 10min walk into the heart of Vienna.The Hotel staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Greaty rooms, spacious & clean. Shower one of the best I've ever had! |

Friendly & experienced staff.Hotel offers lots of information on how to spend your free time in Vienna & surroundings.Good breakfast buffet and good taxi service. Staying at the Carlton Suites,guests should know a lot of stairs need to be taken and not easy when you have a lot of luggage. Only one key per room available at Carlton Suites which can only be reached by elevator. |

We staid in apartment - tree of us and the 10 months old baby. Location and the facilities of the apartment are prefect when you are with a baby, as we were. Spacious rooms, completely equipped kitchen, washing machine... 10 min walk from Opera house. |

I only stayed one night but the staff were friendly, the room adequate if not fantastic, and the buffet breakfast good. Location is fairly near the shops and museums but not right by them. There was no plug in the wash-hand basin. The street the hotel was located in was a bit seedy, but not dangerous at all. |

The whole building and design of the Carlton Opera. Also very close to Karlsplatz and the U Bahn for transportation. The breakfast buffet was also great! Unreal assortment. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but asked for extra blankets and they helped us out immediately! |
