The room was comfortable, spacious, very clean. The breakfast is included in a price which is great.The hotel is on a great location, only 5 minutes from the first metro station. The hotel is generally close to the center of Vienna

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very large and the breakfast was very nice. The hotel is situated close to city centre and shopping area. Free Wi-Fi!!!

The reception starts at 6:30 AM ( did not cause a problem for me but could be for early travelers if they want to check-out early)

Very clean,warm and cosy.The breakfast is tasty and efficient. The vicinity to the center (u-bahn Keplerplatz - 5 minutes by foot) and a vibrant neighborhood of stores and food markets.

No kettle in the room - to make youself a cup of tea some cold winter night...

Parking can be booked with the hotel which is very practical. Bus and U-Bahn close by. Light and big room with a big bath room.

No double bed but two single beds together.

Decent hotel, quiet (I mean inside), clean, decent breakfast, close to a subway station, just a subway stop to Belvedere, good bed and pillow.

I could not pay by credit card, in an "inexplicable" way my card could not be charged while in Vienna I could pay everywhere with it. Across the street from a tram depot.

Large airy pleasant room with huge bath area, several large windows & plenty of storage. Beautiful room - luxurious bedding. Very restful atmosphere. Breakfast venue & accompanying staff - excellent. Very positive start to our day.

Lack of air conditioning - last week of Sept yet did not cool off enough for sleep until approx 11:00 pm. We were delighted to have a refrig ( one of reasons we selected this hotel ) but unfortunately the cooling function not designed well - used travel gizmo having a temperature function which gave reading of 60 F (15.5 C ) - definitely not cool enough for safe storage or any type of true cooling function. Very disappointed with refrig.

All was Ok. Big clean quite room, normal breakfast. 5 minutes from metro, 7 minutes to city centre on metro. Near metro station there are food shop, fast food.

There was no climate control in the room, only fan. A lot of Turkish in the district. Sex shop near the hotel.
